Horrible service. Food was NOT delivered to me. Staff never apologized. Said it was the fault of the delivery company (who they hire, not me). Girl kept telling me she could t hear me then got upset and then said I was yelling at her. “Manager” also never apologized. Said he would leave a note for the general manager to refund me. Seems that should be automatic and not something I have to request.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager, Yolanda, at this Panera Bread is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing issues with basic courtesy, they talk down to customers like they're doing us a favor by being there. I watched her treat both staff and patrons with unnecessary attitude. If this is the leadership running the place, it’s no surprise the service is slow and the atmosphere tense. Do better.

the food was okay, but i was given so much attitude from yolanda. for someone who’s supposed to demonstrate so much leadership and care, she discarded all of my concerns. i was trying to order and i wanted to order something else additionally and she stormed in, huffing and puffing and yelling at me. she also gave me a dirty look. please do not go here. i did not feel respected at all. very unsafe environment and i could tell the employees were tired too.

Went here to get some lunch the other day, an employee by the name of yolanda showed me so much attitude i couldn’t even bare to order. I simply walked out and left. Don’t come here expecting nice customer service.

aside from the mediocre food, some of the managers there, specifically Yolanda, are incredibly disrespectful. no one should have to deal with someone like you and i can only imagine how you treat your employees behind the scenes if you act like that towards customers. don’t work if you don’t like your job 😘

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich through doordash (not their fault) got nasty tuna salad instead... gross

Amazing service has so good food would recommended the taste of food they give you leaves you dreaming about having more and more and while it can be busy since it is next to a high school it is so worth the wait as it has some of the best bacon Mac n cheese I have ever eaten in my entire life!

Today we went to this place for a bite to eat.
The place has a lot of seats and is quite cozy. Most of the tables were dirty, as were the chairs.
We did not try any drinks.
As for the food itself, it was not to my taste. The bun was hard as if not fresh.
The order can be made independently on the self-service screen and for me it is a plus.
In general, the impression of the restaurant is not clear. But there is a large selection of different foods and drinks for a quick bite.

This is a membership service that offers drinks very conveniently. I think the quality of coffee needs to be improved a little more, but I would like to recommend it to anyone who enjoys it every day at a good price.
