Everyone is hanging around but no one is paying attention to you, I waited at the cash register for 5 minutes to order, all the employees are unhappy, they looked at me as if to say, why did you come here, I think they should all be fired, especially the manager

On 10/20/24 at 2:05pm, I prepaid for an order in the Panera app for 10 Asiago Cheese bagels and 3 Cinnamon Crunch bagels to be picked up on 10/22/24 at 11:50am, and received an email confirmation. Upon arrival on 10/23/24 at noon, I received 3 Cinnamon Crunch bagels and only 2 Asiago Cheese bagels. Plus a random selection of 8 bagels that I did not order. When I complained I was told that the bagels are first come first serve, so I get what's left. I told her that I was aware of the first come first served rule, and that is why I placed the order 2 days in advance. She just said oh. This is unacceptable service for a long time customer. Update: Ordered 2 bakers dozen bagels, 20 Asiago cheese and 6 sesame seed. One of the Asiago cheese bagels was missing, so I only received 25 bagels instead of the 26 I ordered. The employees need to pay closer attention to what was ordered and what is served. An extra check of the bag contents compared to the order would easily fix the problems. Update: Got a kitchen sink cookie. It was very good.

Panera Bread has consistently good quality food, a varied menu, and customization offerings. The personnel are welcoming, hard working, personable and professional. The dining room is well maintained and clean (tables and floor/carpet) and the trash/dirty dishes area is attended to frequently. The seasonal menu specialties are always fun.
JUAN is the BEST. I misplaced my phone and Juan stopped to personally assist me actively- he found it! A wonderful kindness to a traveling person panicking over a temporarily missing phone. Thank you again Juan!

When one employee says something is free and another decides it’s not, that’s not very nice. When I spend $20 plus for a couple of pastries, it’s pretty reasonable to want one thing of cream cheese. Getting glared at by one of the employees prepping the food was quite uncomfortable too. Not sure what’s going on on. Maybe it’s just a bad day I guess.

Stopped in at Panera for some coffee and loved what we ordered! We ordered and iced caramel latte and iced chai tea latte. Love how you can order on the iPad and didn’t need to wait too long. They send you a text message when your order is ready too. They have outdoor seating and a drive thru as well. Very friendly staff and a well kept location. Recommend!

What is the point in offering soups on the menu if you wont serve them after a certain time? Where on the menu or website does it say that? What a waste of time coming here.

I came in and ordered a whole sandwich after work yesterday, drove 35 minutes home and found it was only a half! I called and a 'sarah' told me that she would be happy to reimburse me or make me a new sandwich. I came in today and they did just that. I appreciate they handled the issue professionally and courteously

I wish I could give the service 0 stars. So, I went to the drive thru this morning, I was told there is no scrambled eggs, but there were only egg whites. I did not want egg whites. I asked can I get the sandwich without the eggs and what was the cost? The staff told me, same price. Well, if I go to the grocery store, I have to pay extra for each item. Why was I going to pay for something I was not going to get? So, the manager informed me that I would just have to do want everybody else does and get the egg whites. The customer service sucks. What a way to make a customer feel.
