We had a birthday party for my sister in law a party of 10 people we place our orders and drinks the waiter took our order bought back our drinks awhile later he brought our food one item was wrong he replaced it no issue with that my issues was with drink refills or checking if we need anything also all the items we order family style food non of the came with any sauce or pita bread for the meals he said that sauce and pita bread was an extra 2 dollars each I have never been to an Mediterranean restaurant where the food doesn't come with any sauce for the meats or pita bread. Our bill was over 300.00 dollars +tip. I personally will never go back to this establishment the other guess probably will.

I had a very disappointing experience at Panini Kabob Grill. The rice was cold and completely lacking in flavor, with no seasoning at all. The kebab itself was tough and poorly seasoned—the meat was hard to chew and had an unpleasant taste.

To make matters worse, both the management and the waiter were rude and dismissive, showing no concern for customer satisfaction.

This was definitely my last visit to this place. I won’t be coming back.

This restaurant isn’t ideal for families with young children. Our experience with the service was disappointing. particularly when it came to the kids’ meals, which were brought out last, well after the adult meals. The staff didn’t seem attentive or considerate of how hungry and restless the children were getting. Unfortunately, the servers came across as indifferent rather than warm or accommodating. While it might be fine for adults dining without kids, I wouldn’t recommend it for families. We won’t be returning.

It was lunch and I asked for shish kebobs , the meat was really grease but well seasoned . I asked for pita b re rad and it took forever I was almost done with the plate . The server was inattentive and needs more training . I don’t think I would go back .

Everything was great, I don't want to call it good., because I was comfortable. Food is great, music isn't loud. Quiet and chatty atmosphere. Good place and much parking.

food was great ! my family & i have gone to many panini kabob restaurants and we absolutely LOVE it,, unfortunately this panini kabob is poorly managed as our waiter was very overwhelmed & over worked due to the manager & other waitresses would belittle her and make our waitress do their job,, meanwhile they would go and gossip about our waiter WITH the manager ( miguel) . they often laughed @ her & left her alone in doing everyone’s job. very disappointed in how they choose the management team in this one restaurant,, but they are paying the price since this is the ONLY panini kabob we have ever been to with the LEAST amount of customers. i really hope this changes since we really do love this company restaurant and wish everyone could get to experience the real atmosphere of a good manager panini kabob that makes my family & i keep going to all of them except this one.

Food was great service was bad because there was only one server doing everything and all the others were slacking off and told the one server to do everything. Manager was also doing nothing and laughed after telling the one server to do something. Horrible people

I asked the blonde-haired waiter with the weird attitude if the restaurant was halal and he said it wasn't. Most of the food is oriental Islamic food, why wouldn't it be halal? I'm waiting for the owner to respond and confirm.
