Very poor management. We were party of nine on , 17, 2025. After one hour that we placed ower foodorder, they served us with half cooked food. The server said
sorry because we are very busy. IS THIS THE DEFINITION OF A GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL RESTURAN?
I believe the owner has no clue what is going on on his RESTURAN!!
The very disappointed customer, Bobby.
By the way, if you have noticed, they respond only if you tell how great they are.
In other words, they are not interested to face the problem within their business.
They have so much to learn to be GOOD.

Wow, just wow. I had a recommendation from a friend to try this place, it was even better than I hoped it would be. I'll be back! Red pepper hummus was so good.

Really enjoyed it here! We had the family style meal of chicken & beef kabobs with Greek salad. Even with 4 of us, there was enough for leftovers. Service was great & they were quite busy. Will definitely go again!

Alexis was the most difficult server I’ve dealt with in long time. I’ll be steering clear of this location from now on.

We walked in and there was nobody at the host stand. We see a big sign that says "order here" but there are people sitting at tables. Weird. There's one server and one busboy and they both look stoned.
The vibe was just bizarre. Nobody came to give us waters, nobody sat us, we had to ask the bus boy to seat us. We left and went to the Habiy across the street and the sense of urgency and customer care was night and day

We eat almost weekly at Panini grill in Irvine, and it’s exceptional. We went to this specific location after our zoo visit. This place is average, and seems the owner has different rules than other locations. For example, we are used to having the salad on a separate plate when ordering our meal, and they wanted to charge us $3 just to have it on a separate plate (quite greedy)…other locations were good with it. Atmosphere is average. Service is average too! Almost same quality of food as other locations!

Absolutely loved my experience at Panini Kabob Grill in Mission Valley! The food and service were nothing short of amazing. I had the beef kabob, and it was incredibly tasty—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable
One of the best parts is the convenience of the location; it's right next to the freeway, making it super easy to get to. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available, which is always a bonus! If you’re looking for delicious food and great service, I highly recommend checking out Panini Kabob Grill. Can't wait to return!

Six of my friends and I met up at this restaurant. We sat outside where the heaters kept us comfortably warm.
We all shared a surprisingly delicious appetizer combo platter which I could have seriously had as an entree. It left me wanting more.
I had the chicken kabob platter with the strawberry and Kate salad and basmati rice. It exceeded my expectations. The chicken was juicy and tender, the salad was fresh and delicious and the rice was simply basmati.
My friends raved about their green, lentil soup, strawberry, date salad with chicken, and the salmon & chicken wrap.
The prices are very reasonable and the service was decent. We were a big group so there were many requests. This is definitely a place I would highly recommend. The parking can be a little tricky because of its location but it’s to be expected.

Overall amazing experience! I went around 3 pm, the restaurant was super clean, our waiter was super nice, answered all questions and even offered his recommendations! I ordered the beef kabob with veggies and a Mediterranean salad and had to take some home. A lot of food for the price you pay for and everything tasted so fresh! Next time we are in town this is definitely one of the places to come back to. 10/10 food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Food was excellent but service was terrible and extremely slow. Server was rarely around despite of not being busy (not busy lunch today) and seemed more interested in cleaning tables instead of getting our table the bill.
