Congratulations, you’ve earned the title of the worst restaurant in San Diego.

I ordered a dinner menu and a kid’s meal, which took an astonishing 45 minutes to arrive—with no apology for the delay. The food was burned, dry, and cold, and the kid’s meal was so salty it was barely edible. I couldn’t bring myself to take more than a bite. We left no tip, and to make matters worse, the server made us wait an extra 15 minutes just to pay the bill. I honestly have no idea what they’re doing here—perhaps testing their customers’ patience as some sort of cruel experiment?

I can’t believe how many angry people are occupying space in this society!
It’s like asking a child who is only a few months old, why can’t you feed, bath, change your owner diaper, etc.

This is a brand new location for this business with new employees and new policies and procedures.
It’s going to take a little while for everything to run smoothly.

Notice, no one has anything negative to say about the food. Surprise, surprise!

Do not come to this place unless you want to wait 2+ hours for your food. Lobby full of angry customers, delivery drivers who have been waiting for more than an hour. Online orders waiting for an hour. They are wildly understaffed, waiters and hosts running around like chickens, kitchen must be understaffed as well. Even during lunch time when the dining room is empty. Owner needs to hire more people.

They are severely understaffed. We waited two hours for our meal, and when we arrived to pick it up, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The staff is limited and works slowly. On top of that, they charge for any extra sauces, which is frustrating. The location is also awful—parking is nearly impossible to find.

The First time we were here: we waited 40 minutes for our order. The second time: The place was half empty but the waiter insisted that we can’t seat ourselves. A host must come to seat us. But we waited and waited and no one came over.

Absolutely horrible Panini Kabob Grill. We waited for 2 hours for our food. The staff is not only incredibly rude but also extremely slow. Completely unacceptable.
They either need to shut this location down or completely overhaul how they do business.

It’s not rocket science. Do better, much better.

Nice and huge location with glass wall seating. Great for office lunches and events. Reasonably priced. Adequate serving size. Parking is very convenient.

Parking: The parking garage is conveniently attached to the restaurant.

I recently went to Panini Kabob and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow; we waited 1.5 hours for our food. When it finally arrived, it was incomplete, with some of our table still waiting.

To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only added to our frustration. I won't be returning.

Horrible service right from the start! Servers didn’t come to our table for 20 mins to take our order, then once the order was taken it took 1 hour for some (not all!) of the food to start arriving, at which point we decided to leave. And there were several tables that came after us that got all of their food in a reasonable amount of time, while we were waiting. When we complained to the manager she was apologetic but didn’t offer a good reason as to why things were taking so long or try to persuade us to stay. The food looked good from what we saw from other tables, but this type of service will sink the restaurant.

Terrible service, our evening was destroyed with terrible service at this place.
We had waited for meal for half an hour and didn’t receive it.
I will not recommend this place to anyone, otherwise you want to leave hungry.
