I am a fan of papa johns pizza and this location hits me different. Their pepperoni pizzas are the best papa johns pizza I have ever had - much more flavorful and go well with special garlic

There were strands of hair that were on my pizza. Having hair on food implies many things about the quality of the food made and the safety of what we are eating. It is disgusting to see someone’s hair on my pizza because who knows what and where that person’s hair might have been. Disgusting.

Raw pizza, missing salad. Don't order from Papa John's. There are alternatives to this bottom of the barrel pizza shop. Their incompetence makes me wonder if they buy frozen pizza from the Von's next door, microwave it, and deliver it. Gross raw pizza and failure to deliver the salad I ordered. It was a mistake to frequent this 2.5 star store. Avoid.

Thought we would give this spot a try but Worst service arrived @10:25pm for a carryout was "closed"according to them @ 10:30pm and told her so and she said were closed and both store and google has posted they close @11pm , wont be purchasing @this location every would rather go across the street to the other pizza shop that take orders til closing time!!!

Does anyone know what's with the sewage smell in here? Maybe that's what has the workers so miserable in here that they just said "here" and tossed my pickup order on the counter. They couldn't be bothered to hand it to me. I left that old dingy place with mediocre pizza and no appetite.
I am absolutely furious. We just ordered two large pizzas for pick-up, pre-paid, and when we got to the store the employee admitted (without prompting) that she was incredibly sick. She said her sinuses were blocked and dripping and her head was pounding and that she kept going into the back room to lay down. She is the one who handed us our pizzas, without gloves or a mask on, and from the state of her apron she clearly was making the pizzas herself. This is a despicable health hazard! We're in the middle of a deadly pandemic, and I'm immunocompromised, and now we wasted a lot of money on clearly-contaminated food we cannot eat! She said she cannot leave because the next shift was due to arrive at 2:00 PM and was late at 2:10 PM. I contacted the chat agent and they refused me a refund and disconnected the chat. We had to walk all the way back to the store after the sick employee left to get a refund, as if our time isn't valuable! We have already started telling neighbors to never order from your disgusting, health-endangering stores, as we certainly never will be!

I've lived in every corner of the US and visited dozens of Papa Johns locations. This is my favorite by far! This one has the best employees, the most consistent pizza, and I never leave with my shoes covered in flour like other locations. They don't deliver to my area so I drive there every time because they are fantastic!

I wish I had known before I ordered that the sauce tastes like it was made with spaghetti os without the meatballs, and they just strained the noodles out to make their pizza. I took exactly one bite and refused to eat the rest. "Bagel Bites" would have been 3x cheaper AND tastier.

Waited almost a full hour for my pizza payed over the phone and the delivery guy did not even knock to let me know they had dropped off the pizza so it was out side for who knows how long getting cold
