I was going to order pizza from this place till I read all the reviews! If you order something you should get good service. The employees should not talk back instead they should understand you. I hope they lose customer. Till the owner steps in and talk to the employees how to understand customer.

Yes, all 5's even though it was a delivery order placed within 1 hour and 20 minutes of closing on a football Sunday.
I called the store, yes everything is changing and now calling your local corporate pizza shop is an automated nightmare, but I finally got a busy sounding lady on the phone, so I limited my thanks and appreciation for a legit picture perfect order, delivered by a friendly and enthusiastic young lady that you hope to see every time you go out to eat.
My order? A large 5 topping, white sauce garlic stuffed crust , always with an order of cheesy bread, and because I love my housemates: dessert. All were delivered 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time in the email notification, piping hot and picture perfect ...which i should have taken and included, but im a real person and not some IG socialite that reviews food and asks for discounts... it was a long day and they had a deal on their website, so i figured why not? Ill be happy with whatever... who knew that itd be a bomb late night meal that fed me, my housemate, his gf and my neighbor?
All this is to say, a big thank you from a person who had a long day and got to be lazy and order pizza with great all around experience because theres some hard working folks who take pride in what they do to make money to live their own lives and have long days.
If I could walk in and hand you all $100 it wouldn't be enough, so from the bottom of my heart, thanks crew. Late order and all, I had an absolutely fantastic experience.

My last two orders have been perfect. They don't skimp on cheese and toppings are plentiful with a perfect bake. I'm not sure why the reviews aren't at least a 4 star, but I'll be returning.

I ordered a hand tossed pizza with extra sauce. The pizza was flat and dry. I order from this establishment so much that the order should be flawless every time I order from them. It's a hit and miss kind of situation. Sometimes the pizza is amazing and others it's not so great.

I never leave reviews unless they are good reviews, but for this, I will make an exception. I ordered a pizza for my kids, and noticed some of the pizza was doughy/not fully cooked. I called to the store to simply ask for a credit or coupon for future orders, since we order for our kids pretty frequently. I explained my situation to a worker, who passed my call to the General Manager Annabelle. I was very taken back when Annabelle did not even let me explain she picked up the call and said rudely “your order was fully cooked” when I told her it was not, she told me it was impossible because of their oven temperature. I told her I had photos to which she condescendingly said I could send them to her personal cell phone, which in its self is very odd.

App makes ordering so easy! Love their deals. This is my go-to place for pizza. Papa John's pizza beats out all the other pizza places, even the fancy pizza restaurants. Crust is soft and fresh, pizza is piping hot, cheese is gooey and they don't skimp. Delicious!

EL Cajon Blvd location: I ordered a pizza with 2 ingredients. I was very clear. I got home The pizza was not what I ordered. I drive back. I was told that I need to listen to the cashier to see if they got the order right.. So it’s the customer’s job to make sure the employee hears us correctly. When do I get my paycheck?
