My last two orders have been perfect. They don't skimp on cheese and toppings are plentiful with a perfect bake. I'm not sure why the reviews aren't at least a 4 star, but I'll be returning.

I ordered a hand tossed pizza with extra sauce. The pizza was flat and dry. I order from this establishment so much that the order should be flawless every time I order from them. It's a hit and miss kind of situation. Sometimes the pizza is amazing and others it's not so great.

I never leave reviews unless they are good reviews, but for this, I will make an exception. I ordered a pizza for my kids, and noticed some of the pizza was doughy/not fully cooked. I called to the store to simply ask for a credit or coupon for future orders, since we order for our kids pretty frequently. I explained my situation to a worker, who passed my call to the General Manager Annabelle. I was very taken back when Annabelle did not even let me explain she picked up the call and said rudely âyour order was fully cookedâ when I told her it was not, she told me it was impossible because of their oven temperature. I told her I had photos to which she condescendingly said I could send them to her personal cell phone, which in its self is very odd.
App makes ordering so easy! Love their deals. This is my go-to place for pizza. Papa John's pizza beats out all the other pizza places, even the fancy pizza restaurants. Crust is soft and fresh, pizza is piping hot, cheese is gooey and they don't skimp. Delicious!

EL Cajon Blvd location: I ordered a pizza with 2 ingredients. I was very clear. I got home The pizza was not what I ordered. I drive back. I was told that I need to listen to the cashier to see if they got the order right.. So itâs the customerâs job to make sure the employee hears us correctly. When do I get my paycheck?

I stopped by and ordered a couple of pizzas a few days ago and there was only one staff person there. She got my order completed quickly and then rung me up. She was very friendly. She even applied some promotions that I didnât even know was going on! I didnât get her name but I really appreciate what she did and for the excellent service she provided! The pizza was good too!

i just spent several minutes on the phone trying to place an order with a stupid robot!i speak perfect English and it couldn't take my order so it transferred me to the store and the lady that answered refused to take my order and said "i would have to talk to the robot to place an order"what a joke!I'll just place an order with a pizza place that will take my order and hires real people to take my order.
