My girlfriend and I ordered pizza from this Murphy Canyon location last night at 10:45 pm not realizing they closed at 11pm. When we realized what time they closed, we joked about hoping they “don’t spit in our food”. We picked up our pizza and noticed the employee making the pizza had a long beard with no hair net on it (didn’t think much of it until we got home. Open the pizza box and the first slice of pizza had a hair in it!! (picture attached) We thought coincidence or was it? Brushed it off as an accident and ate a few of the other slices after carefully examining them. Got to another slice and boom another hair!!! We’re wondering if this was done with ill intent for ordering close to closing time or was it due to the fact that there was no hair net for the beard. Leaning towards the first one. Either way we will not be ordering from this restaurant again!! Disgusting…

Drove up to the front door tonight 07/03/23 at 8pm & some old dude with a big belly long beard and long hair was standing there picking his nose and itching his beard then touching the food. After I saw this I just drove off & didn't order. Nasty tell your employees to put up their hair in a net and use glose. No thank you to a side of burgers and beard hair ?

Save yourself the hassle and get pizza somewhere else. Ordered on line and only had half of my simple order was delivered. Pizza delivered was later than delivery window communicated and crust was soggy. The driver did not conduct a quality control check before he left the franchise location. When I called the store it was initially offered that they would deliver the pizza that had finished cooking over 45 minutes prior. With prompting they offered to remake the pizza so it would actually be fresh. I expressed frustration at the easily avoidable situation and the best the store could offer in the way of compensation is some points added to my account. No thanks! I won't need them because I will not be ordering from them again. If that is the best this place can do, then they clearly do not need the business. I will take my money elsewhere. The replacement for the missing pizza did get delivered fresh and hot, but points won't bring me back.

Ordered takeaway from the St Ives branch in Cambridgeshire, very rude and arrogant service. Pizza took over two hours to arrive, stone cold, hardly any toppings, things missing, refuse refund, driver never apologised for being so late, just awful awful awful please stay away

Got the people who did eat it sick. Still waiting to use the bathroom because there's a line forming.This is the second time we buy. Last time I got sick and didn't want to get it again. Was overruled. Pizza came looking bad. So little sauce no one was able to tell the first three bites. Just so dry. Called they brought another one saying that's how they're made. So we sent the new one and the rest of the old one back. I didn't finish a slice. This morning the people who did have it are enjoying sharing what's been going on with their stomach while I went to bed.

Sadly they gave my children food poisoning or some type of bug because my children were fine until they ate the pepperoni pizza. They will not stop vomiting. Papa John's used to have great food. I don't know what's happened with them.

Good food. It's Papa John's can't go wrong with this joint if you need to buy a large amount of pizza. The Banana peppers they stick in the pizza boxes are good. We fight over them in our household.

Good food. It's Papa John's can't go wrong with this joint if you need to buy a large amount of pizza. The Banana peppers they stick in the pizza boxes are good. We fight over them in our household.
