My fave (and strongest) coffee in NP! Love their medium/dark roast espresso—so good. Great atmosphere and the staff is always welcoming as well.

I adore Parabola’s coffee and morning baked goods! The owners are very kind and friendly and the espresso is top in the area. I’m sad they moved locations but they are worth chasing, without a doubt.

Oh my gosh. This coffee shop is the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. First off the vibes are immaculate. Good coffee, dogs, beer, and everything you can imagine. They even play planet earth on the TV which brings me serious nostalgia. The service was superb. The one barista, Maiya, treated me like a literal queen and made my coffee taste scrumptious. Would go back immediately.

This coffee shop is so good! Locally owned and the service and espresso is always consistent and awesome! Lots of seating and a great place to study or hang out with friends. My most recent coffee was made by Maiya and Sophia! They were super nice and made a great latte! Will definitely keep coming back.

Mocha latte- the absolute best. Frothy, sweet, POW flavor of coffee. Need more in my life and mouth. Thrasher's whole bean coffee. Medium roast, little dry taste. Solid cup if ratios are met.

Parabolas provide a relaxing atmosphere. After reading other reviews, I anticipated more on the food menu, but was surprised by how little there was. We gave the brioche breakfast sandwich a go, and it was average. Their cortado had a nice balance of espresso and steamed milk that I enjoyed. The service was kind and welcoming, and the ambiance was pleasant. It seems like it would be more suited for their evening bar. If you're looking for a reliable cortado in the neighborhood, this place is a good option.

My go-to coffee shop for not overly sweetened drinks. Love their pumpkin spice is more spice than most places and the mocha is more dark chocolate than milk. Sometimes I get the beans for home.Great place to get some work done! It’s open air and is a welcome change when I feel cooped up at home.

If you want sugary diabetes in a cup or if you want a place to pose under some annoying, overplayed quirky neon sign with your latte for IG then this may not be the cafe for you. This place is run by people who really know coffee, and the beans and where they come from and how to roast them. Its a coffee shop that prefers bean quality over what the latest trend is. Parabola is great, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Since they dont spend on stupid neon signs and IG backdrops the savings are passed on to you with fairly priced good quality coffee. Go check them out!

I ordered the Vietnamese Coffee. I know it's not their specialty, but this was the worst coffee I've ever had in my life. I paid $5 for dirt water pretty much. It tastes nothing like how Vietnamese is supposed to taste. On top of that, the girl helping me was a horrible listener. I had to repeat my simple order 3 times. This coffee shop won't get a Second Chance from me. Get it?

Great service, did not get a chance to try the coffee but had a delicious rosemary sea salt bagel. It is attached to second chance beer company. Nice little patio and obviously pet friendly.

Even with music in the background and cars driving by, the place still has a quiet ambiance great for studying as you can see everyone working on their laptop. This was at 10:30am. Not sure how loud it gets later in the afternoon, but there is that sign "coffee first, beer second" on the wall.. I ordered the Chagalatte (mushroom) coffee with oat milk. So yummy!! Has hint of cinnamon and heavier on their cacao flavor but not over taking. Great vibe, airy breezy on a hot summer morning in the 80s already. Customer service amazing, comes with a friendly smile and patience as I decide on my order. Will be returning.**update couple hours later... it's past noon and the worker politely asked if he can close the window to start the AC now that the sun will start coming down. Didn't mind that he did that. Felt even more cooler now.
