Everything felt like home cooked and authentic. Delicious and fresh. Best Persian food in town and I am a snob when it comes to food, specially Persian food!

Very disappointing experience. My boyfriend was asked to leave simply for talking on the phone with me while inside the restaurant. The staff was rude and did not respect that this is a restaurant and a public space. There was no disruption, no loud behavior just a phone conversation yet they escalated the situation instead of handling it professionally. What makes this even more frustrating is that he was essentially the only customer there there was literally just one other lady in the restaurant at the time.
Customer service matters just as much as food, and this experience completely ruined any chance of us coming back. I would not recommend this place if you expect basic respect and reasonable treatment.

Disappointing experience. I was eating and on my phone, not disturbing anyone, and was still asked to leave without a clear or reasonable explanation. The situation was handled unprofessionally. I won’t be returning.
Excellent food and great service. Simple, clean and delicious

Delicious food, tastes homemade. My favorite Persian restaurant in San Diego!
This is by far the best Persian food you can find in San Diego, not even a question.
You would be surprised at its location though, between a liquor store and an Asian restaurant but do not let that fool you. This restaurant has the *best* Persian food.
We usually get the Zeresh Pollo with our lunch or dinner plates and choose the filet and chicken kebobs, I am not a huge fan of khoobideh in general but if there is one place I would consider eating it, it is here.
On a side note, Persian cuisine is so much more than kebabs and rice. Try their stews if you want to really be blown away at the flavors it can pack. They have specials on weekdays for stews and I highly recommend it.
Further to the food, the establishment is clean, run by a husband wife team that keeps things tight, neat and clean and the quality is *never* a hit or miss, something rare for a restaurant. I just wish they were in a more visible location so the word can spread faster. I have eaten at some of the best Persian restaurants and home cooked Persian food in LA and SD, and I can tell you with some certainty- this is as good as it gets! Just give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
This quality of food belongs in a formal sit down restaurant inside the Wynn Las Vegas !

Stopped here for a quick bite. This was a Togo order. I ordered the beef kabob plate. It came with beef rice and veggies. The food was good. Descent amount for one person. Reasonably priced $16. The place is small inside but there are tables if you want to in Definitely worth checking out.

You have to try this place. Delicious Persian food that feels so light and healthy. Got the chicken kebabs platter for two. I could eat just the plain rice alone. It was that delicious. The place is run by the sweetest couple. They are so warm and inviting. End your meal with baklawa. The best baklawa I've had. Yum yum! Thanks for the scrumptious meal!

I recently had a birthday party and decided to cater Persian food. After searching “best Persian food in San Diego,” I came across Paradise Kabob on Miramar Road. The reviews caught my attention. What I read about Paradise Kabob really stood out to me. It was consistently described as authentic Persian cuisine, and because I’m very particular about food, having owned a restaurant myself, I wanted to make sure everything was truly delicious, especially for a special occasion.
I visited the restaurant and met the owner, who was absolutely lovely. I explained that I wanted to taste the food before placing a large order. I tried the Chicken Boneless Kabob/Joojeh Kabob (grilled chicken tenderloin) and the Koobideh Kabob (ground beef sirloin), and they were exceptional, so flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly tender. I knew right away this was the right choice.
For the party, we ordered Koobideh Kabobs, Joojeh Kabobs, Saffron Rice, Yogurt, Salad, Hummus, Grilled Vegetables, Baklava, and Pita Bread. Everything was delicious, and my friends and family devoured it.
I called the owner afterward to thank her for the wonderful food and for the care she put into preparing and packing everything. I told her that this is the best Persian food I ever had, and that from now on, whenever I cater food, she will be my first choice.
