Wanted to break a $20 bill. Was told they don’t break bills unless you buy something. What?

I’ve been going to Paradise Yogurt for a few years and loved it. However, lately their employees have been unwelcoming and short to say the least. The yogurt and ingredients are still high quality but the amounts you get now is less than half of what you would get for the same cup size.

I had a small cup fro yo with 2 toppings. It was a really good amount for the price, I love the vegan/low cal etc. options (something for everybody!) And the girl working today was so lovely!!

I came in after a long date wanting just a little sweet treat. I got a mini strawberry cone.

There was maybe a 1/3cup of basic frozen yogurt on my cone and it was $5.15 cash. This place is a big rip off. You're better off going to McDonald's or a self serve frozen yogurt location.

I usually don’t ever leave a bad review. I was here today and was very disappointed with the customer service the girl taking the orders seemed to be annoyed, we requested a spoon for my daughter to finish her cone and she rolled her eyes. Sadly this kind of people scare customers away.

It was my first time at Paradise Yogurt and I had high hopes but they were soon dashed by the poor service. After trying to decide what to get from the many options, I decided to order a Hurricane. When I did, the woman helping me said that they stopped making them for the night (closing time was 10:30 pm the night I was there). I asked when did they stop making them (out of curiosity and for future reference), she said at 10:00 pm. It was 10:05 pm and I'm confident that isn't a store policy but rather her way of saying that order will mean she'll have to wash a blender that she otherwise wouldn't have to. I ordered a scoop of chocolate and peanut butter each and they were good. My hunch was later confirmed that the unhelpful and unfriendly woman simply wanted to get out of there as soon as possible because she started bringing in the outdoor patio chairs at 10:15 pm, while people were still trying to enjoy their yogurt. It was not a pleasant experience and I would recommend that you go elsewhere for your frozen treats.

I have been a loyal customer of Paradise Yogurt for many years, as evidenced by the photo of my current reward card! As a business owner, I know the value of having repeat, long term customers....but in the last few months, the employees at the store have made it most unpleasant for me to return to the store. They are disrespectful, argumentative, unwelcoming... not to mention Cheap! In fact I actually dread going to Paradise and having to deal with them. The portions they give are completely hinged on how they feel about you. Separately, they refuse to change my reward card, despite the fact that this card is structurally unusable at this point.
Has the owner of the store vacated on the employees or do the workers actually reflect the owners lack of interest in customer service?
Having frozen yogurt for many people, is a fun part of one's day. Paradise Yogurt puts out every effort to taint the experience. Does anyone have an alternative store which might generate a better energy? Willing to travel. Thanks!

I always come to this store to get acai. Store closes at 10:30 today. Came in at 10:00 PM to get the acai, which is always good to be fair, but was met with “We’re only serving cups”. I don’t get why this store claims that they close at 10:30 while refusing to serve the products that I can literally see in front of me.
