$5 for a mini 4oz feels like robbery to me...don't think I'll be coming back :) (can of poppi for context)

Had dinner in the area last night and thought I would stop by my once-favorite yogurt place, as nothing compares in the Eastlake area. The first to greet me, young Black lady who seemed pleasant, was helping another customer and said she would be with me in a moment. Unfortunately, she didn't assist me as another woman came from the back room. I asked if I could try my favorite, peanut butter - as I recall having a conversation with the owner at one time who told me that they sometimes serve the chocolate peanut butter. The girl gave one of those bewildered looks for asking something so stupid. I ordered 2 quarts - now known as family packs, which jumped in price from $10 to $13 since I last visited. As I sat in the chair and waited, I could see the Black lady say to her "almost done with one, huh?" as if it were a big deal to fill up a quart of frozen yogurt. The woman then proceeds to finish the second and tells me they're ready. No smile, no Thank You.. no people skills whatsoever. When I arrived home, I was saddened to see that my $26 investment wasn't filled to the top. Previously, the owner and even her helpers would know to tap the bottom of the container so the yogurt settles a bit, then fill it to the rim before topping it off. However, this woman was clear that she just wanted me out and on my way. And so, first young lady was pleasant and the yogurt is terrific - but my server's attitude and not getting what I paid (a lot) for brings this down to a 2-star.

The homey ambiance is FABULOUS!!! I absolutely love the kitschy vibe here and the two gals behind the counter were fun, helpful and kind. My teenage kids and I wanted a fun treat and ended up here because it was the only yogurt place open until 10:30pm in the vicinity. What a great find! We loved the vibe immediately, with the cozy chairs, book trading library, fun decor and lots of tasty options. We signed up as new customers and got a free mini yogurt which was delicious. We also got two hurricanes that were big and delicious. Will definitely be back again!

Today was too beautiful not to get a cool sweet treat! Walked in at the perfect time to see no people, around 3:30pm. They are usually pretty busy inside & on the patio when I go so that was great! Friendly greeting by everyone, per usual! Decided to try the Pb Lover Hurricane which is PB yogurt, Reese's pieces, & Reese's pb cups. I swapped out the pieces for strawberries because I believe strawberries should be in every addition to ice cream/adjacent! They whipped it up quickly & I was out the door. They have one of the best textured yogurts I've found. It's thick & cream & every spoon full is the perfect scoop. Eventually I'll make my way through their large menu, but I'm having fun with the hurricanes!!! For sure will be my summer treat spot!!!

All of my family drive from North County just to get Paradise Yogurt! It’s the very best! Out of town company gets yogurt after the airport pick up and after events downtown? Yogurt, of course! Nothing compares to Paradise yogurt.

I came in tonight with my husband and our two kids and we were met with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My husband asked for two samples and the girl behind the counter immediately shot back that he could only have one. He said one was for our daughter and the girl allowed it, but still a weird thing to say to a party of 4. We didn’t think much of it but I continued to read the menu. We were the only people in line but then a woman came in and the girl behind the counter rudely said “so are you not ready?” and I apologized and told the woman behind us to go ahead. After that we ordered and waited for our food and at one point she rudely asked my husband what size he wanted for his cup but we were so puzzled as to what we could have done to upset the girl behind the counter so much. Everything she said to us was dripping with disdain no matter how many “please”s and “thank you”s we gave her. I’m still giving 5 stars because we usually like this place but it made us really consider not stopping in again. I do think they’d do well to add their menu to the outside so you can decide what you want before getting in way of other customers. The menu is so large it makes it tough to pick which I guess makes their employees mad ? We’ll be back but if we’re met with the same unkindness then we’ll find a new place that’s more welcoming.

I came in yesterday morning, i was very displeased by the cashier with the blue hair, her attitude was very unwelcoming & unkind. She didn’t try to make my order look appealing, my cup of yogurt with fruit topping & it was most syrup with no pieces of fruit, it looked very different from how i usually get it, to add on it my partners smoothie was very milky, i already was so upset i didn’t tip when i usually always do. I’ve came here before with my partner various times and we’ve never had this issue with the other young ladys. Very disappointed for the professionalism that a shop business is supposed to acquire.

First off this place is VERY expensive! Also The owner/manager here is absolutely rude and privileged. She does not respect costumers nor her own employees. She is just a bad vibe and I'm convinced she doesn't give her employees any breaks, someone should really look into that. Also VERY VERY dirty inside this place all around

This is one of those places where you look around and wonder how long it's been going. Definitely a local gem, complete with book exchange and quirky island vibes leftover from some past decade. We've been dozens of times and the service is always great. Oh and the yogurt doesn't disappoint.
