Such a cute place I’m always fond of French style and food type. Always order the Matcha latte no syrup love it. The food so far is great. Chicken wrap was recommended by the sweet girl at the cashier. Hope you stay open later. Love the coffee too

I came to Parakeet for the first time today to enjoy a beverage and some time in La Jolla, and I can say, this place is something special. The customer service was excellent—everyone was so welcoming and attentive, and it really made the experience stand out. I tried both the turmeric latte and the matcha latte, and they were absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. My barista, Addison, went above and beyond with incredible latte art and such a kind, genuine attitude. You can tell there’s real care put into every drink here. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited this nice café and would like to share my impressions. The Service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the stay pleasant. The interior is beautifully designed, while the exterior design still has room for improvement in my opinion. I would like to highlight the muffin with bananas and oats – this one was really good! The hot dishes we tried, including Eggs Benedict and the breakfast burrito, were fine but unfortunately not outstanding. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming, yet I personally would not go there a second time. Overall a nice place, but there is certainly still potential for improvement.

I enjoyed every bit of my meal…The salads are super fresh and crisp, and the tofu is always made to perfection. The Parakeet salad is amazing and Greens and Grains is nutritious and healthy. Each time I go there, it’s consistent eating, which I appreciate. Parking is brutal so make sure you’re not so hungry when you want to go here….You’ll be circling around a bit until finding a good spot, but this place is worth the hunt! Enjoy!!!
Received a sloppy bowl of melted acai because their acai machine wasn’t working - worker attempted to put ours in the blender instead? Would have preferred a refund rather pay $15 for what I received.
