I had the pleasure to work with Luke on an order I placed a few days ago and all I have to say is that customer service is phenomenal at this branch. I drive one hour roundtrip just to pick up a few bakery items from here every few months. The baked items are always delicious specially in the morning when they are fresh. I would highly recommend this place for morning coffee, desserts and cakes.

The breads and cakes I tried there were so delicious!! They are fresh and the sweetness is just the right amount since I don't prefer sweet breads. I have tried other bread stores before but this store is my favorite. The workers there are so nice and friendly. The store is clean and decorated well. I would 100% visit there again!

Love the food here. Always excited to pick something up. Good prices. Haven't tried their cakes, they're a bit more expensive. But great donuts here. Only bummer was printer wasn't working so I couldn't get a recipet, which if you do you can scan for rewards points if you have the app. It's inside H Mart.

Go to the one on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Big mistake trying to use a different location. First, I tried the app and that didn't work. So I called and placed the order on the phone the day before and asked for the cake to be ready at 9 o'clock (they open at 8 o'clock). To my disappointment, I get a call 45 minutes before when it is due to be picked up that they casually say it won't be ready until 4 hours later (!?!). How is that going to work when I needed it in the next hour? Poor customer service, and now I am scrambling to find another place on very short notice. Hard pass at this location!

Love your Berry Tarts and get them frequently. I just wish you would NOT sprinkle any powdered sugar on top of the fruits. It detracts from them. They don't need it and I end up taking off the fruits that have it on and rinsing them off with water. It takes away from the natural goodness of the fruits. And, as a diabetic, I don't need that extra sugar. Please consider not sprinkling the sugar on top. Thanks.

Located within the H-Mart, there's a mini Paris Baguette with a little something for everyone. I went recently just to pick up a few pastries and ended up getting some groceries while I was there. Despite it being a smaller location, there is still a decent selection and the staff was prompt and helpful. In terms of ambiance, there is only so much a mini bakery inside a grocery store can have.

We’ve been having cakes from PB for a decade never disappointed until today.Quality control of this cake to me is a fail?, dry and unpleasantly sized sponges. Could they do better despite the fact that the cake is priced for $49?
I saw one employee with a glove on push the trash down and then went right to touch the un bagged pastries. That's gross!!

Received funny reaction when asking items to be put into separate small bags, maybe my illusion, but continued to have this illusion for 5 weeks...Understaffed or underpaid, the manager needs to figure out. Shopped here for 8 years, don't make me go somewhere else.

Was invited back by the district manager. Ordered the chocolate chiffon cake. It was delicious. The cake was light and fluffy. The filling had the right amount if sweetness and had a light texture. It said, "happy birthday, [wife name]" spelled correctly this time. Thank you P.B. for making the customer service a good experience.

Visited a few time while visiting this area. As said, "Paris Baguette" is a pretty nice pastry shop, and this store has a different varieties of pastries.

Anytime I visit Orange County I come here! I love getting their sugar twist donut and when available I get their Cesar salad chicken sandwich! Very reasonable prices and quick simple treats or meals to eat! I highly recommend this place.
