Zero stars. I have been coming this location for over many years but today’s cashier whose name is John T, his rude attitude was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
First of all I have never seen a cashier who started to open and drink an energy drink when you have a customer in front of you.
He gave me his extremely rude attitude when I took a little bit of time to look up my apps for my birthday rewards. When I asked the blueberry cake for slice and he was just continue to yelling “ which one!!? which one!!” That is not necessarily loud voice to customer.
I was looking for the manager about this rude guy but one of the staff said no supervisor at that moment.
No wonder he can drink his energy drink in front of the customers with his bad attitude. No professional training to employees what’s so ever. Bad management.
Your customer service is very poor like this and you would lose a lot of customers.

I recently visited Paris Baguette and ordered a Matcha Latte, but unfortunately, it was quite bitter, and I could still feel the powdery texture, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the pastry I had was fresh and delicious. When I mentioned the issue with the Matcha, the staff was helpful and kindly replaced it with a Mocha, which was much better

Great Paris Baguette bakery inside Zion Market. Large selection of freshly made pastries and cakes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great place to buy a birthday cake as well. Recommend!

The selection of pastries and coffee is massive. I love their iced milk coffee.
We have purchased many cakes and pastries from this location and all very tasty. We have purchased our birthday cakes for our son and ourselves multiple times here.So many fresh tasty treats there and beverages too! There is also a option to sit inside if you don't enjoy the main eating lobby. I hope that they finds a new home in the new Zion market as Zion is looking to move around May 2024 or so.I love the convenience of shopping at both places in one trip. We'll see I suppose. Till then...
