Another great spot if you are craving for bahn mi and other Vietnamese food delights.
Ordered # 2 / Grilled Pork: Thin and crispy crust with fresh and. For me, grilled pork was lacking of seasoning. Fresh pickled carrots/daikon and cilantro. Will try other meats on our next visit. 3/5
Croissant: I was surprised they have one if the best croissant. Flaky, crispy crust and buttery flavor. Would definitely buy this every time I am in the area. 5/5
Parking is hard during lunch time hours so plan accordingly. I was there around 8AM so no issue with parking.
Friendly staff and love the ambiance inside.
Great little shop selling Vietnamese sandwiches (Bahn Mi) and fresh baguette, as well as other Vietnamese pastries and drinks. BBQ pork sandwich is delicious with lots of tender juicy meat and fresh veggies to balance the meat. Everything on a crunchy freshly baked baguette 😋😋😋 Service is friendly and fast. They do however accept cash only. Zelle or Venmo works as well.
This is exactly why I rarely eat out. This place has over 4 stars out of 5. This place is closed due to vermin infestation. Health Code Violations many Violations. See the news. Absolutely nasty.
I got the crispy pork belly Bahn mi. It was good as anything I have ever eaten. Crunchy roll. We got an order of spring rolls too. Let them dry out a little when you unwrap them because ours stuck together and fell apart because they stuck together.
We will be going back soon.

Nice, family run business. I had the grilled chicken Banh Mi. Good portion of meat. Fresh bread. Reasonably priced. I would go again, if I'm in the area. Cash only. Location is in the back of the parking lot, not streetside.
First time at this location. House Special banh mi seemed like it was pre-made. Cold cuts were cold, bread almost stale. Pickled carrots too sweet. Plenty of mayo, hardly any pate. I didn't taste any fish sauce. Not a terrible sandwich but not good either. Just disappointing since I was looking forward to trying their banh mi. The sandwiches at Mira Mesa location taste so much better.

All of these Vietnamese restaurants and bakeries in this area are cash only but the prices are not less because of it. Take a wild guess why they are cash only.

Cheap Banh Mi. Seasoning is a bit soggy with mayonnaise. Lack of favor and love for the price.

Omigod, banh mi at this place are terrible. They put tons of that pickle carrots stuff and hardly any meat. The BBQ meat is too damn sweet, I thought I was eating banh mi with candy, and it's almost $10 for the banh mi. To be honest I would never ever buy banh mi here again. I would rather have a carne asada burrito is way better than their banh mi. A Chau's banh mi is way better. I took 2 bites of banh mi at this place I have to throw it out...Yucky.
Obviously some negative reviewers on here are unaware of the historical French influence on Vietnamese food. Just to be clear, Paris Bakery is a cash only Vietnamese shop, not a quaint little French Bistro for you to sit down and photograph your Parisian pastries. This place serves delicious authentic banh mi, Vietnamese coffee, market goods and a selection of fresh bread and pastries. Grab and go style. OG Vietnamese style. Forget Lee’s Sandwiches. Come here for a good banh mi.
