Solid food choices that are well executed. The croissant as a side item was a worth upgrade! Breakfast quesadilla was OK, avocado toast the real hero. Good drink options. Nice staff, clean restaurant. Ambiance is lacking but overall a solid place to

Got the fried fish taco bowl during lunch here. The food was great but my plate seemed like it had very little fish versus the rice and veggies that were in it. I would come here again but would like to try something else. The sweet potato fries were amazing along with the sauce that comes with it! I tried the Birria but it was hard to eat because they only give you two pieces of tortillas with a bigger bowl of birria, so I wish they gave more tortillas to eat them together.

A friend was visiting from out of town over the weekend and we were deciding on what to eat for brunch. I wanted to go somewhere new that I've never been to before and have seen "Park Social" pop-up on my Yelp feed several times. Park Social is a casual walk-up and order type of eatery located in Kearney Mesa. You can find this restaurant on the ground level of "The Vive" Luxury Apartments. Right off the bat you can tell that it's a local neighborhood joint. It makes for a great spot to meet up with some friends and socialize over some coffee. They also carry over two dozen types of craft beers on tap. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating and it's dog friendly too. The food and drinks are pretty good. Would I go here again? I think if I was in the area and looking for something quick and fulfilling, I'd definitely pay them another visit.1. Tucked away within the bottom floor of Vive on the Park Apartment block in Kearny Mesa, this location brings a great selection of breakfast and lunch options. The ambiance of the place is very bar-esque and being an open floor plan leaves a lot of daylight coming through their large garage shutters, welcoming all hungry guests to come in and stop by.Service is great and straight forward, all ordering takes place at the front POS, no waiters or anything fancy. Once you order you take a number and sit wherever a seat is available and the busser will bring your order directly to your table. As for the food, my family ordered the Breakfast Burrito, Crispy Chicken Sandwich and 2 Eggs Any Style. While I cannot speak for the taste for the other options, my Breakfast burrito was exactly what I needed after a long afternoon of touring apartments in the local area. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits!

We came across this place when visiting a friend who resides in the complex next door. It was not what I expected. We wanted a quick bite and decided to check it out. The place offers, outdoor and indoor seating, more like communial dinning. You order and sit yourself and in minutes your given an amazing meal! Great for brunch with friends, a quick bite to eat or a simple lunch. I wouldn't recommend for romantic or fancy dining, but if your looking for chilled vibes, laid back ambiance with good eats, and a park views, definitely check this place out, it lives up to its name of Park Social!

Good food and friendly service in a mixed use space with apartments. Parking was a little challenging, mostly because I hate parking garages. The restaurant will give you a sticker for the parking stub/receipt, however I couldn’t get it to open the exit gate and had to call the help number (a little embarrassing)… I’ll take a Lyft/Uber if I go again.

This is the 4th time our dressing has either been missing from the order, or the wrong dressing given. Good food but hard to enjoy a salad without the right &/or any dressing!

Checked this place out with a friend for brunch. Looks like the local restaurant for those living in the area as parking was a challenge. We almost gave up and left but found a spot at the last minute a few minutes walk away in another apartment complex. The place has a lot of nice, open, indoor and outdoor seating areas. Order at the counter and they'll bring your food order to your table. Food was good as my chilaquiles were crispy and filling. The extra hot sauce was nice and spicy.Parking: Hard to find parking as the residents take up all the street parking and there's only a handful of designated parking areas for Park Social. Won't be returning due to the lack of parking.

I been eyeing this place and had thought it was in convoy areas but turns out it was on the other side of balboa. This place was a great brunch spot for a quick bite to eat or casual dining. Parking is a little hectic since it's street or in the little area they have. It is located in an apartment complex so parking may be hard to find. The set up is you go up order and they give you a number. Then you just find an open table and they will bring the food out for you. The food was surprisingly really delicious! The Birria Benedict was flavorful and tasty - the meat wasn't dry. The breakfast burrito was a lot better along with the hot sauce - it added so much flavor! The carrot cake was soft and light, frosting wasn't too sweet and there was a perfect balance of carrots. 10/10 recommend this!

This cafe was huge! So open and inviting, situated around apartment complexes and businesses it is a hidden gem of the community. I didn't get to try their coffee this time but they have a generous menu of all-day, American breakfast and lunch items. They had everything from açaí bowls to poke to birria. The breakfast quesadilla I had was fluffy (from the scrambled eggs) and ooey-gooey from the cheese. Service was fast and kind. You order and then choose your seat (plenty outside and inside too). I need to come back and just enjoy my time eating outside in the rising sun there with a good cup of coffee.
