I tried ordering pappardelle and was told that the last bunch I saw was for another order. I got spaghetti and meatballs instead and noticed on my way out that the pappardelle was never used, which I thought was weird. My friends and I ordered and we were told a half hour wait (weird because fresh pasta takes 5 minutes max to boil but whatever). After an hour some of the orders came out, mine took about an hour and a half before I received it. The pasta was fine but the meatballs sucked and so did the sauce.

I love this little Italian restaurant, the pasta is so fresh and delicious. I love the tagliatelle bolognese pasta and always order a side of meatballs. So yummy!

Sadly, it was a poor experience with good food. We received no greeting when we entered the restaurant and we were the only people in there. The person taking our order kept looking at his watch while we were making our decision. Again, there was no one else there so we weren’t holding up the line. Didn’t offer any suggestions or explain we could get pizza and other items at the little shack outside. If your establishment is anything other than a traditional sit down restaurant, they should offer an explanation of how things work. Just sat in awkward silence while we chose. Another patron came in and they greeted him warmly. Wish the actual staff would take some etiquette lessons from their customers and smile or say hi. Also their wheelchair accessibility is awful. There were obstacles like empty boxes, and shelves on the way to the restroom. We had to park me a few feet from the door and I had to hobble in through the obstacles and the door didn’t lock. My family is black and Mexican and it did not pass me by that the only people they made an effort to be kind to were the lighter skinned patrons. Do better Pastiamo staff!

So, the food and prices were great but that's probably the only good there. The accessibility is terrible, anyone in a wheelchair couldn't make it to the restroom in the chair, you'd have to park the chair in the hall and walk all the way, there's clutter in the halls, the door doesn't actually lock, definitely not accessible and a fire hazard. The seating is patio style but the only heater out there had no propane and it's cold in the evenings. The man at the counter has no customer service skills, it's giving..he's an in law working for the family business but doesn't really want to be there. He didn't greet us, just gave an awkward look while we decided on our dishes, and twiddled his fingers, like he was annoyed. The lady in the back was doing the food preparation but she doesn't have any social skills, either. A fellow customer was more welcoming than the employees. The patio seating was really bare minimum, there was an Italian man sitting out there talking on the phone the whole time, not necessarily an ideal atmosphere. They seemed to be somewhat friendly to the white population but act like they've never seen people of other races before. Great food but we won't be visiting again. Customer service and hospitality go hand and hand, you greet your customers, offer recommendations or help picking something, and although they aren't traditional waiter, they should still check in on their customers.

Excellent lasagna and pesto pastas. Best had fresh in Pastiamo’s lovely courtyard. This place is authentically Italian and also has great pizza. Low key and casual too.

Exposed outside dining on a busy corner is only a slight drawback. The food is incredible, best pasta I've ever eaten, gives new meaning to al dente. It's fresh pasta with a stunning selection of very flavorful sauces. Looking forward to trying their pizza.

Yummmmoooo! I love this place. I always pick pasta up and make it at home but tonight we came in ate here for the first time. Great experience the people that work here are so lovely and there’s cute little fairy light jars on each table. A really nice casual vibe for a Sunday night Quick dinner out.

I’ve eaten at Pastiamo a dozen or so times and it’s always amazing.

I often take out but I love to dine in because their outdoor patio space is beautiful.

Their pizzas are amazing and you should definitely try their lasagna.

Your spot. They offer fresh authentic pasta and nothing fancy just great food. The pasta was made fresh and sauces are delicious. Our son loved the pasta with the white sauce and we had a blend of white/red sauce. Needless to
