Used the kiosk to order and it took forever turns out I was charged but the order never showed up for them - no way to complain or cancel the order - skip this spot and just get coffee somewhere else!
It was 6am at the San Diego airport. The cashier took the order from the customer in front of me and went to the empty register to take my order. I told her what I wanted and then she was distracted by her first customer’s question. She went back to the other register to help him. When she returned back and proceeded to take my daughter’s order and look to us to finish the order. I thought she might be confused so I said we have 2 drinks for 2 people. Inside airport heading to Terminal 2 Gate 51. Slow service even with two baristas preparing drinks. They were not wearing any preventative health apparel. Register was reasonably fast. Mocha served lukewarm and too sweet. Service counter area looked unsanitary. Buy at your own risk!
