I gotta start by saying the service was horrible, the cashier that was taking my order was absolutely rude. The food disappointed me we had drunken noodles with shrimp and the shrimp literally tasted rotten and we had also brought another rice plate and my Neice didn’t like it as well and we tried to change it and while he was switching her plate he bend down on the floor for a long time while making it & thats when we said we didn’t want it because we were sure he spit in her food. We’re very disappointed and we will never go back their again. You guys have lost my business. PLEASE EVERYONE DON’T GO THEIR WASTING YOUR MONEY.

This place is So tasty!!! I had the drunken noodles. And Luis was such a friendly and helpful manager!!! So thankful for his kindness!

Sad to say Pei Wei isn’t what it used to be. Why did you change the recipes?? Bad idea! Food used to be like PF Chang but smaller portions and cheaper prices. The honey chicken and the Mongolian beef are completely different and not in a good way. The Mongolian beef used to have a lighter sauce and it wasn’t so sweet as it is now. The honey chicken pieces are about 1/3 the bite sizes that it used to be and they look completely different. Such a bummer. We hadn’t been here for a bit and we were excited to be in the area to eat it again and it was a true disappointment that the quality and taste are no longer there . Please go back to the old recipes. The place used to be packed and that was fine, but this visit there were only 3 tables occupied. When did you make the changes? Save your business and go back to the old recipes.

tofu with teriyaki .I really liked everything.the only downside is a lot of onions

I used to love this restaurant but they have dropped a little bit in the quality of their foods. And when I chose dine in I still got served my food in a plastic container with a lid. But the staff was very friendly.

Luis is the best’ I ordered a bunch of food on my lunch break and I accidentally received soy sauce as my salad dressing and he made it up to me and spoiled my entire branch with lunch Pei Wei has delicious food great customer service and truly has a care for Their customers I work five minutes away and will always choose Pei Wei over at any other restaurant

The food is no longer up to PF Chang quality like it was in the past. It was either too sweet or too salty. I was really sad to see the changes in recipes

Love freshness and ingredients of these meals. Hot and to your table ready to eat. Really good and affordable. Have not been here since pandemic. Good to be back!?

Tried it since it sounded like Asian cuisine but I was disappointed. Food was just ok, and the girl who was there working on Easter Sunday was not friendly, doesn't even smile and I can tell she's not happy to be working on that day. Place is clean but quality of food is not the best.

Really good quick eats. What NY neighborhood Chinese restaurants should in terms of setting and seating. Nice portions

Prompt service, fresh food, tasteful flavors. If you are looking for "fast food" style asian we really enjoyed it. Table/ Floor could be cleaner but it is in a busy shopping area. Convenient for a quick bite.

Not what I remembered. The chicken and noodles were good, but the fried rice... Please don't anticipate fried rice from a Chinese restaurant. I believe that was my fault.

The Orange Chicken has no flavor and dry, dry, dry. Mongolian beef is inedible. It's cooked to death, greasy and so tough I couldn't chew it. It's as if they cleaned the grill and poured it in my order. Yuck! The Yum Yum shrimp was tasty. That's why the one star. How do I get my money back??? I got the food through Uber eats.

Delicious, cheap, clean and great service. So I have no idea why the bad reviews people are such weenies lol. My first time here and I'm impressed.

Really bad actitud. Bad customer service. Never come back to this restaurant. I order my food online and it took more than the stimate time and they only looked at me really bad. They are liars. They said my food would be ready at 4:45 and they gave it to me at 5:03. but in their application they marked it as if it had been given to me on time. LIARS!Muy mala actitud por parte de la gente q atiende. Mal servicio al cliente. son unos mentirosos. dijeron q mi comida iba a estar lista a las 4:45 y me la entregaron a las 5:03. pero en su aplicación marcaron como si me la hubiesen entregado a tiempo.
