1. The food was absolutely delicious. Some of the best I've had around this area. Also, it traveled very well (I had it delivered). 2. I took 2 stars off because for $14, there wasn't a lot of food. The plate in my picture looks a little empty because usually there is a rice next to it, But still, you basically just get one small handful of meat for that price! 3. I also got a side of noodles for $3 and it's a good size portion so that part was great. The donuts are also yummy. Oh and they didn't give me chopsticks, they gave me a fork...

This was my last visit. It's stinks from the grease trap it the sewer-fine sit outside. The food came out wrong and then the redo was dry-zero sauce and just blah. Sorry I wasted $15 on food but I was super hungry so had to choke it down with loads of ads on sauces from packets.

The lady at the counter was so rude! I picked up my food and said thank you and she didn't even reply. I could see if the restuarant was busy or they had alot of customers. But come on I was the only one in there. The food is good but lacking on the customer service skills.

I gotta start by saying the service was horrible, the cashier that was taking my order was absolutely rude. The food disappointed me we had drunken noodles with shrimp and the shrimp literally tasted rotten and we had also brought another rice plate and my Neice didn’t like it as well and we tried to change it and while he was switching her plate he bend down on the floor for a long time while making it & thats when we said we didn’t want it because we were sure he spit in her food. We’re very disappointed and we will never go back their again. You guys have lost my business. PLEASE EVERYONE DON’T GO THEIR WASTING YOUR MONEY.

Food was really greasy and bland. The price tag was pretty expensive for the quality. I wouldn't recommend. Restaurant was kind of dirty too. Customer service was mid at best.

Food at Pei Wei is always good. It's just that today, the Mission Valley dining room smelled like a 3rd world sewer ditch. Gotta get rid of the stench or close until it's gone.

I've ordered food from this establishment a few times, the food isn't bad but it isn't the best either. I feel like their stir fry is too sweet and personally I like my salt and pepper dishes less breaded. The flavor and seasonings are great for their salt and pepper shrimp and chicken just too much breading.

Sad to say Pei Wei isn’t what it used to be. Why did you change the recipes?? Bad idea! Food used to be like PF Chang but smaller portions and cheaper prices. The honey chicken and the Mongolian beef are completely different and not in a good way. The Mongolian beef used to have a lighter sauce and it wasn’t so sweet as it is now. The honey chicken pieces are about 1/3 the bite sizes that it used to be and they look completely different. Such a bummer. We hadn’t been here for a bit and we were excited to be in the area to eat it again and it was a true disappointment that the quality and taste are no longer there . Please go back to the old recipes. The place used to be packed and that was fine, but this visit there were only 3 tables occupied. When did you make the changes? Save your business and go back to the old recipes.

I used to love this restaurant but they have dropped a little bit in the quality of their foods. And when I chose dine in I still got served my food in a plastic container with a lid. But the staff was very friendly.

I like coming to eat here because the food is good, prices are good for the portion sizes, BUT the woman working as a cashier today must not like her job. As soon as I walk in I'm ready to order, she was on the phone, not a work call personal, and ignores me until she is ready. I ordered firecracker chicken with WHITE rice. I get my order and it's brown rice again. Second time coming here and asking for white and getting brown rice. I go to her and ask her what her white and brown rice look like since I'm obviously confused as to why this is the second time i come here and get brown. I thought maybe their definition of brown and white are different. She then goes to my table and sees my food, not asking me first if i wanna change it proceeds to pick up my plate and asks of i want to change it. I take it from her and keep it, but they should do better. From start to finish bad customer service....totally based off the cashier not the cooks

Luis is the best' I ordered a bunch of food on my lunch break and I accidentally received soy sauce as my salad dressing and he made it up to me and spoiled my entire branch with lunch Pei Wei has delicious food great customer service and truly has a care for Their customers I work five minutes away and will always choose Pei Wei over at any other restaurant
