Good food. Fresh and fast
we came to our first time at Penelope's yesterday and I got the birria tacos and bean and cheese burrito with rice and sour cream and shrimp tacos with sour cream and cheese got all the way home and realized that they had given us no actual broth to dip the birria in also the bean and cheese burrito did not have cheese or sour cream and my shrimp tacos were in complete as well so we called back and there was a very nice lady who spoke to us and said that come in tomorrow and she'll...read full review
