The pizza is delicious. I wish I could give a 5 star. Unfortunately, I've had a few disappointed moments. The last 3 times I've ordered gluten-free pizza, all 3 times I'm told there is no more after I get to the store to pick up. What upset me the most is that on Thursday Oct 31, understandably they were busy. I placed my order at 2:30 pm. I was told to pick up at 5:30. Went to perfect pizza rancho Bernardo for the first time last week because they advertise a large cheese pizza for $8.99. Unfortunately there is a reason it is so cheap. Saw some pictures and reviews and though it wouldn't hurt to try their lunch special. I was pleasantly surprised as I the deep-dish pepperoni pizza was quite good! The crusting is darkened and pronounced enough to give it a light but noticeable crunch which did a lot for texture....
