We had an incredible experience with Personal Touch Dining from start to finish and couldn’t recommend them more highly! They made the wedding planning process smooth, organized, and genuinely enjoyable, which made a huge difference during what can be a very overwhelming time. Communication was clear, thoughtful, and supportive every step of the way.

A huge shout-out to Samantha, our event manager, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and never once made us feel silly for asking questions. Even when something wasn’t possible, she always followed up with a thoughtful solution and helped keep us on track with deadlines in the most gracious way. The dinner tasting experience also felt so personal and special, and we loved being able to see and choose from their beautiful assortment of rentals, which really helped us envision the day.

On our wedding day, their service was outstanding! The wait staff were attentive and warm, making both us and our guests feel so well taken care of. Our guests especially raved about the bartenders, and of course, the food was phenomenal! We were getting compliments for days on end from our gusts about how delicious everything was! We are so grateful to Samantha and the entire team for helping make our wedding day seamless, stress-free, and truly memorable! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning an event!!

We used Personal Touch for our recent wedding and cannot say enough great things. The entire process was really easy from start to finish. First- the tasting was such a great way to narrow down our menu choices, and the staff are great at giving suggestions. I also love all of the options they have for plates, cutlery, napkins, etc. Again, the staff were great at helping style the table. During the final weeks of planning Annalise and team were super responsive via email, and really think of every single detail. On the day of the wedding, from welcome drinks to cocktail hour to dinner, everything went SO smooth. The staff were very professional and organized. Our guests raved about the food and fun drink options. Overall incredible value, using PTD really elevated our event and we can’t thank the team enough.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Personal Touch Dining for our wedding at Leo Carrillo Ranch. They truly know what they’re doing when it comes to weddings and it shows in every detail.

One of the things we loved most about working with Personal Touch is how inclusive the experience was. Everything from the food to the décor is included in their packages, and there are so many options to choose from. Jessica, our day-of coordinator, was absolutely amazing. I can honestly say I didn’t feel stressed at all on my wedding day; I was able to fully enjoy every minute. Jessica was everywhere, ensuring everyone was on time and that everything went off without a hitch, all while being calm, kind, and never intrusive.

Our wedding is at the end of this month, and even though the big day hasn’t happened yet, I already feel so thankful to be working with Personal Touch Dining. I wanted to leave this review just to give some perspective on my experience so far.

Annalisa and Tracy have both gone above and beyond. Annalisa followed up with me directly during a really stressful week and was so kind, calm, and helpful. She listened, followed through, and made sure we felt supported. It honestly made such a difference.

Tracy, the owner, also took the time to connect with us, which meant a lot. You can tell she genuinely cares about the couples she works with, and that shows in how she runs her team.

There were some bumps earlier in the planning process, as is expected with any event, but the way Annalisa and Tracy stepped in to help was exactly what we needed. We’re feeling confident and excited heading into the final weeks. So glad we chose PTD & Leo Carrillo .

Personal Touch Dining (PTD) was an absolute dream to work with. From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, well-organized, and genuinely thoughtful in their approach. We were looking for a catering and bar vendor that felt elevated and polished—and PTD exceeded our expectations in every way.

Their menu offerings were extensive and impressive, with delicious options for hors d'oeuvres, dinner, desserts, and even late-night snacks. The bar menu was equally flexible, with multiple tiers and the ability to customize. We were thrilled that they happily incorporated our signature cocktail (a Jungle Bird) and provided accommodations for various dietary needs, including tree nut and shellfish allergies, gluten sensitivities, vegetarian guests, and even a kid-friendly meal for our nephew.

Despite my last-minute request for a tasting (due to planning from out of town), they accommodated me with grace, and the experience felt anything but rushed. It was clear from that moment that we were in excellent hands. A special shoutout to Samantha Contreras, our main point of contact and Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to schedule the tasting and guide us throughout the planning process. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and kind—truly a pleasure to work with.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, the PTD team remained communicative and supportive, always making us feel like a priority. They coordinated seamlessly with our wedding planner, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.

On the big day, every detail was executed flawlessly—from linens and flatware to custom bar signs and table numbers. The food was delicious, the carne asada fries late-night snack was a huge hit, and we received endless compliments from our guests. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, and the bartenders brought just the right energy. A special moment we won’t forget: one of the catering staff joined in on the dancefloor (cheered on by guests!), adding to the fun, celebratory vibe of the evening.

A special shoutout to the staff manager, who made sure my husband and I always had food and drinks in hand—even as we bounced between photos and guests.

Annalisa and the PTD team were AMAZING for our wedding back in March 2024! Our guests couldn't stop talking about the short rib, the mashed potatoes, our churro station, and oddly, the carrots for months after. Many of our friends noted how often a side dish veggie usually gets overcooked at a wedding, but the carrots that were served with our dinner were consistently cooked perfectly, which is incredibly impressive!! Annalisa was highly communicative throughout the planning process, and even offered support in finding other rentals vendors that they commonly work with. When we went to do our tasting, they put on a little date night for us with candles, soft music, and a fully plated meal, which was so sweet and such a nice surprise in the midst of a busy work week. PTD's entire staff at the wedding, from the servers to the bartenders, ensured our guests had everything they needed and were timely with all of the courses and drink requests. Choosing a caterer is one of the most important parts of a wedding, so I was SO relieved to find a company like Personal Touch that truly took what can often be an underwhelming part of a wedding to the next level!! Thank you again, Personal Touch!!! We'd recommend them again and again.

Personal touch was the most helpful experience we had. Our venue was very difficult and their team handled it with professionalism and grace. Annalisa settled our venue out and was great in a clutch.
The food was phenomenal. Absolutely 5 stars. We had a buffet menu and everyone was absolutely amazed. The mushrooms were the best. I had a plate full by myself.
Speaking of which, their staff handled us individually and made us feel special. It allowed us to speak with our guest's and not go hungry. Drinks too! Couldn't of asked for a better staff.

Annalisa and Ashley were absolutely amazing to work with at Personal Touch Dining. I highly recommend their services for any event! They were incredibly responsive to all of my questions leading up to the wedding, which made the process stress-free knowing they were there to support me. On the wedding day, everything was executed perfectly, from the linens and rentals to the food. We received countless compliments on how delicious everything was! Kudos to the chefs and the entire staff for making our day so much more special.

Outstanding caterer with great food, great service and great presentation. They were our caterer through our venue The Old Rancho, and can’t imagine hiring anyone better. We had a wedding coordinator as one of our wedding guests and they said it was the best wedding food they’ve had, and that they were sad our caterer wasn’t in Portland to cater their own wedding. Recommend 10/10

We had a wedding at the Old Rancho at the beginning of this summer. It is a beautiful adobe estate, with multiple levels of yard/garden used for weddings. PTD did a wonderful job coordinating and catering our wedding at the location. I didn't hire a planner and depended on their month and day-of-coordination. I did a lot of the planning and then handed over the details to them. They are an efficient and capable team! We are thankful for Kendra who went through the original contracting process and tasting, Caitlin who took over the month of coordinating, and Sam who was our day-of-coordinator. Our wedding turned out beautiful and we had a lot of compliments from guests that are due to the PTD team. The food and service was excellent. Sam kept the vendors to the timeline and kept the micro-events moving. She brought my husband and I drinks right after the ceremony, and our food first during dinner so we actually had a chance to eat. For the venue and service PTD provides, the cost of the venue rental and catering is really reasonable. HIGHLY recommended!
