This was Saturday, 9/19 at approximately 2pm.
My annoyance meter is between 0-10, 0 meaning not at all annoyed, 10 being royally upset.
We dropped by on a nice Saturday afternoon to get some coffee and when we got there, the receptionist asked if we ordered ahead. I told her that I didn't, and asked if I can order on the spot.
