There was a kid playing with a lot of the items in the grab and go refrigerated section on front of the pastries. The parent was sitting next to them. The employees did not say anything. The kid was there for at least 5 minutes. How could they let a child touch the all these items for sale? That's so gross. This location is okay. Coffee is about the same as the other ones.

I decided to pop in here today since I was feeling a bit worn out 😩 and needed a little boost to get energized. I went for the Philtered Soul with hazelnut ☕ and it was quite delicious! Definitely hit the spot! 👍🏽😊

Philz coffee served excellent bagels snd coffee, croissant with super fast service snd friendly staff! Also, the prices are very low compared to other similar stores. I tried Jalapeño cheddar, everything bagel with the former standing out as the best I ever had. Pistachio croissant was exquisite in taste with a crumbly outer shell.

They only have a couple actual cold brews here and everything else is a pour over and a lot of drinks are sweet by default. I once received a completely wrong food item than I ordered here and I don't eat meat and yet received something with bacon in it. The pour overs are overpriced and Blue Bottle across the street is better if you care about coffee and not sweet drinks. Seating never seems to be available here as it's always crowded and not a good environment to study in.

It was our first time here and hubby and I like to try new places. For first timers, it may be difficult to order as their menu are not too clear. I advised to check their website and you can order directly and set modifications to your liking. We usually like lattes but that was not part of an option when we took our orders. We tried the decaf coffee and coffee with cream but not a fan. A good place to try but need more staff training for taking orders and explaining their menus.
