Decent Pho and Vietnamese option in proximity to downtown. I ordered their house special beef pho that comes with multiple different cuts of meat. Broth and meat quality was decent but I’ve had better. Staff were friendly, attentive, and no wait. Good prices for the quantity of food received. Relatively easy parking.
The foods were good, and the portion was very good for most people. I will strongly recommend for pho with soup, those were really good. The beef stew with bread was really special and rarely served in most of the Vietnamese restaurants. The restaurant could have some sudden noises from kitchen or front desk because the chef had to prepare something for cooking.
Pho Bo is easily one of my favorite spots in the city. The food is amazing, the staff is very friendly, and the place is really clean. I love the broth here, it's so flavorful and well seasoned you can really taste the work put into this broth. I am an avid pho eater and I can confidently say this place got some of the best pho.
