My favorite spot for delicious vietnamese food. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. Prices are decent for the quality.

Please open back up. I cant find no place that can match the richness of your broth. ?

Been going here for 15 years and it’s the best Pho in San Diego hands down. Don’t know where I’ll get my Pho. ?Certainly going to be missed.

This is hands down my go to pho restaurant. The beef is perfectly sliced so that it's the right size to cook, the broth isn't too hot but hot enough to cook your food. They are so incredibly efficient here as well. Pregnancy cravings, pick up for dinner, anything - they're my go to.

I lived right near here for awhile and this was our go-to for pho. There are other places that are better, but only if you want to drive for awhile. I would honestly give 5 stars, but there were a few times that the food/service quality were extremely lacking.

The fiancee and I consider ourselves Pho aficionados and without a doubt this is our favorite. I personally have tried an estimated 15 Pho restaurants locally and this is the one that constantly draws us back.

Good service but food is below average. Seems clean and bright but the food aint dynomite! Spring rolls had definitely lost their spring on the outside and their flavor on the inside. Bahn Mi bread was soft and fresh but the inside felt a bit empty. Combo pho was meh although the broth was good. Overall Vietnamese food needs to pop and this did not. As the only seemingly non-chain restaurant in the neighborhood this place should be packed and owning the hood but is loosing out to hooters which should tell you something.

Delicious pho! The broth was good & a good portion of meat. Make sure to request a "large" if you'd like such, all their portions come in medium.

The worst experience ever. Ordered by phone from online menu for pickup and the owner tried to charge me double for all menu items. Almost double what is posted on his online menu. He yelled at me in front of the 3 tables he had when I said the total seemed really high. I am not shocked that the place is empty. I tried to show him the prices on my phone and he shoved his physical menu at me. I tried again to show him the online prices on my phone and he yelled over and over "Thank you, Come again!" Seriously??? I will not come again...you're welcome

Had great service New Year's day. Amazing Bahn Mi sandwich and wonderful rare beef Pho!

It's the broth, stupid! Well, and the noodles. The other stuff in the soup is pretty standard, but Pho Cali nails it on the top two. The broth is delicately flavored, aromatic, not too salty, and, well, perfect. The noodles are tender, but not mushy - I don't know if they're fresh-made, but they have that texture. The bbq chicken vermicelli was also quite good, but having been once before, I returned for the pho and was not disappointed. Service and decor are perfunctory, portions are plentiful, prices are a steal - almost like eating for free.

This is my go to pho spot west of SDSU East is Saigon restaurant on encasing Blvd. it’s always good though atmosphere isn’t perfect a little too fast food feeling for me but this could also be the clientele coming in and out.

Excellent Vietnamese pho and vermicelli bowls, it's a little hidden away gem I found unintentionally and it was a pleasant surprise. The servers were polite and swift, at lunch time the traffic seemed kind of low , by comparison to your usual fast food area. The prices are very much worth the amount of food you get in a bowl of noodles and meat. The art on the walls and atmosphere they tried to create is very similar to your usual Asian style restaurant.
