Been THE go to place for me and friend for YEARS. If we want pho no one even asks which place, it's always pho cow cali, good prices(14ish dollars), large sizes and good mix-ins. Plenty of good options aside from pho as well, simply the perfect place.
Decent place with a sweet vibe. It can get packed, but it’s generally worth the wait since it’s one of the best pho spots in the area. The chicken pho and beef pho (Filet Mignon) really hit the spot, delicious balance of the meat and broth. Overall, great food, good service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Best bun I've had with plump shrimp perfectly grilled and lots of greenery. My only complaint for this last visit is there were 4 of us sharing a booth and ordering both appetizers and mains, and the idle staff never bothered to help clear the table as we finished dishes, which made for quite a pile of dirty teetering dishes.
