It was my first time trying this place out. I must say that I will definitely go back. The food is authentic. I ordered a chicken & shrimp vermicelli. The shrimps were fresh, charbroiled chicken was flavorful. My friend ordered the G-Beef pho, and he was very impressed. We usually go to Xin Chào Eatery in Del Mar. and I still think Xin Chào Eatery is better (but also pricier). But this place is pretty solid for PQ neighborhood. Service staff are owners themselves, who are authentically Vietnamese. They are polite and speedy. I didn't go to the restroom today, but the environment is bright and clean. I will return.

i really liked the fried rice, very flavorful without being too oily or heavy. chicken was moist well seasoned. pho broth is good but had better ones at other places, nonetheless it was still p good. egg rolls were made to order so they were very fresh as well

I am vietnamese and I've eaten Pho my entire life. My family and my relatives also make pho. I've tried pho at all the local pho restaurants nearby and around Los Angeles and I have to say this is by far the WORST pho I've ever had in my life. The pho was actually chicken broth. There was NO beef at all. They used beef meat but the soup flavor was all chicken. I can tell because we cook chicken pho and this was all chicken flavor. The egg rolls inside were actually not cooked all the way and the pork meat was still pink. I don't want to get sick after eating here but undercooking pork is very DANGEROUS. The soup was absolutely flavorless. Do NOT waste your money coming here and the service was not good. No apologies made after we let them know about the soup or the undercooked meat. Surprising it was so bad as the pictures actually made it look good.
I don't normally care about the service, but I had to flag the service everytime I needed something because I would have sat there unnoticed forever if I hadn't. This place is one of the worst places I've ever been to. Also, the responses from negative reviews by the owner is cut and paste so you know he doesn't care much about the responses, think about what it is to eat here.

Very nice and clean restaurant. It is quite bright and vibrant inside without being too blinding and it has a very cozy vibe to it. The staff is chill and attentive and the food came out in a timely fashion. The food was delicious and the serving size was very fair. I really enjoyed the pho broth and it reminded me of a dish from my culture (nilaga; Filipino). The meat in the pho was very tender (well-done beef), the noodles were nice and chewy. I ordered a pork bahn mi and shared an order of the egg rolls. Both were tasty. The fresh vegetables were nice and crisp!
We dropped by even though it was way out of the way for us (South of Chula Vista) because I saw an ad on Instagram and saved it. I believe they recently had (or are having) their grand opening. I would definitely drop by again!

Clean, spacious, nice atmosphere. I had the Pho special and it tasted good.
Note for owners: the place seems a bit hidden, and could probably use some more visibility, as I was not even aware it exists, while I'm visiting this plaza from time to time.

A friend recommended this Vietnamese pho place for lunch, and it was a great experience! The entrance is beautifully decorated, and the interior is spotless and tidy. We ordered the signature pho—the broth is authentically simmered from bone marrow, incredibly rich and delicious. What's more, you can dip fried dough sticks into the soup! The portions are generous, and there's a wide variety of condiments. Beyond the basic sauces, there's also a jar of tangy and spicy pickled garlic with chili, adding a unique twist to the meal.
