I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the dining experience I had at your establishment recently. My order of rice with BBQ turned out to be the most unpleasant Vietnamese dish I have ever tasted. The photos I have taken speak volumes about the poor quality of the food.
Upon receiving my order, it was evident that the BBQ meat served was old and had a rancid, oily smell, indicating that it had been stored for a prolonged period. My companion and I requested an exchange, but we were only provided with a replacement of the meat. Unfortunately, even with the fresh meat, we found the dish to be inedible, leading to a waste of our resources and a significant disappointment in the level of service provided.
The overall experience was further marred by the subpar service we received, which I can only describe as terrible and unprofessional. Based on this unfortunate encounter, I cannot in good conscience recommend your establishment or leave a positive review.
I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues we have raised to ensure that other patrons do not have to endure a similar experience in the future.

Their pho stock was on point! Really good! But the dish plates were not so clean. They have a sign “ONLY CASH” I asked them why. She said register broken. I didn’t buy that because there is ATM in the store, which is rare to have it in restaurant

The soup base was good and the portion is fair. Also ordered the Vietnamese coffee, and it comes with a thermal bottle to make sure you have enough hot water for the coffee.
The staff is super attentive and polite. We stayed for around 2 hours while the staff kept an eye on us and came by to see if we need water refills.
Parking: Plenty of parking as the restaurant is in a shopping plaza

My family has been long time customers of this restaurant’s pho. Even when Vietnamese family out of town visit, we’ve come here as a large group and have never had to wait for seating.
The food is solid and reliable. We also like to get takeout to bring home and eat. The takeout portion is large!! Bigger than when dining in, so we usually turn 2 takeout orders into 3.
Only downsides are they are cash only and if it’s been a hot day, the inside of restaurant will be extremely hot (they don’t cool it well). We dined here some evening and I had to take off my clothes down to tank top. Outside seating was much cooler but we’re afraid of being bitten by mosquitoes.
Parking: Parking is plentiful and easy in a large grocery store complex
