“San Diego Top-Notch with excellent refreshing soup”

I visit here every time I go to San Diego, and I think I've been there about 4 times already.

When determining the level of an American-style Vietnamese restaurant, the things you must check or the common features of famous and popular Vietnamese restaurants are as follows.
- Rich, savory and amazing soup
(Typical of well-used seasoning)
- Pork barbecue full of fire flavor
- Fresh and abundant herbs and vegetables
- Low price and huge quantity
- Appropriate ratio of Asian and Western guests (about half and half)

This is a place that satisfies all five of the above. The cool, clear style of the soup makes you feel refreshed, and the fragrant pork, full of fire, goes well with rice or noodle dishes. We provide plenty of fresh herbs, keeping in mind the essential elements that enhance the taste of Vietnamese cuisine.

There are one or two more famous places besides this one (Pho Ca Dao, Phuong Trang), but this one, which is not a chain store, is my favorite.

Very respectable pho restaurant with a good amount of options and good quality food. Rare&Well done flank pho had tons of meat. Excellent value for the price. Would eat here again.

Vegetarian options: Mostly stir fried vegetables and rice in sauces.

They really meant it when they named this place Express. Every time we have come here there is water on our table as we are sitting down. And the food comes out amazingly fast and is always fresh and delicious.

This is my FAVORITE pho spot in North County!! The food is amazing and service is phenomenal with quick food delivery after ordering. Highly recommend if you love pho and shrimp spring rolls as much as me and my kids!

Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here. They're 8 and 6 so we'll behaved but the staff has only been friendly so I'm sure they'd understand your temper ridden toddlers too ☺️

This place is a MUST if you like pho. I am from this area and have never heard of anyone that does not like this place. First of all I love how the food tastes like, and second of all my family loves the staffs here. Our family goes here so much when we walk in they automatically brings food for us ? Please try!

I had been craving Pho, I happened to be in the area and decided to try it out. I looked at the reviews online and they seemed legit so we went in and tried it. Loooooooved it! The portion sizes are great! The food was awesome! And the price was even better. I don’t even live in the area but will definitely be taking a trip back here. Everyone was really nice.

Classic family owned Vietnamese restaurant. Excellent service. Quick and tasty food. The stuff other than the Pho is good. Try the Bun for hot days.

This place is one of my favourite pho in RB, This place too many tables and not busy but people came time to time the servers are nice also more importantly reasonable price that I can say pretty cheap than other places! I will come back for sure!!

Parking: You can park in the front of restaurant plenty of parking lot!
