The customer service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired — the floors, tables, and even utensils were not well-maintained. The food had an artificial taste, likely due to excessive seasoning or additives, making it unpleasant to eat. I would not recommend this place.

Pho Lucky never disappoints! The pho is always delicious, with fresh ingredients and rich, flavorful broth. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a warm bowl of pho. Highly recommend to anyone craving authentic Vietnamese food!

The pho was hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had—rich, aromatic broth that was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked to perfection, soaking up all that deliciousness.

I’ve been this place a few times and the food is consistently amazing. Their pho is flavorful, fresh, and always hits the spot. However, I’ve had disappointing experiences with the service, especially at night. Tonight, we arrived at 7 p.m., two hours before closing, but it felt like we were being rushed out the door.

The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we had to wait a long time for our bill. Meanwhile, 6-7 staff members were hanging out in the cashier area chatting, but no one came over to check on us. I eventually had to approach the counter with my card. One server came to help, but when I entered my tip, he stood uncomfortably close and stared at the screen while I finished, which made me feel really awkward.

The food is top-notch, and I’ve had much better service during the day, so it’s a shame that the nighttime staff doesn’t seem to treat customers with the same level of care. Because of this, I’m giving them three stars. I really hope they can improve their service in the evenings—it’s the only thing holding them back from being a solid five-star spot.

I’ve been here several times, but my last visit was disappointing. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. The staff was poker-faced and never smiled while serving us. We had to ask multiple times just to place our order and get the bill. The food was okay, but I may not return.

Dumb people working at this place. We ordered a pork chop plate and they gave us shrimps. Called them and the lady was not even know what we are talking about and hung up the phone. She was rude. Should hire people who can speak English and be more professional in doing business. Poor service. Won’t go back

I am disgusted by the treatment my family received at Pho Lucky. We were a party of six, including my mom, who uses a wheelchair, and we were refused a larger table—despite the entire restaurant being empty. This was not just inconsiderate but blatantly discriminatory.

As loyal customers for years, we expected better. Refusing to accommodate basic accessibility needs is unacceptable. We will not be returning, and I’ll make sure others know about this horrible experience.

We are deeply disappointed with our recent experience at Pho Lucky. As a long-time customer, we never expected to be treated in such an unwelcoming and discriminatory manner.

Our party of six, which included a wheelchair user, requested a larger table to accommodate us comfortably. Despite the entire restaurant being empty, the staff refused our request without offering a reasonable explanation. This lack of flexibility and basic consideration was both frustrating and hurtful.

It’s unfortunate that a restaurant we’ve supported for so long has shown such disregard for inclusivity and respect for their customers. Accessibility should never be an afterthought, and treating loyal patrons in this way is unacceptable. We truly hope Pho Lucky reflects on this incident and improves their service standards for the sake of other customers in the future.

The. Music needs more than one song over and over and over and over and over and.... Staff want to be helpful but not well trained. A host/hostess to seat people would also help.
