They honestly made the best spring rolls in town! Every time I order spring rolls from a lot of restaurants they’re too soggy or fall apart or too hard or crumble. There’s never falls apart, and you can always taste how fresh everything is. My husband is picky of textures and doesn’t like seafood but I once ordered a beef spring roll for myself and had him try it and he really liked it.
