Great broth, yummy egg rolls and great service.
This place always is my go to when I’m sick and need soup. The Pho is phenomenal and always makes me feel better. Cannot recommend enough.

This is an excellent place for authentic Vietnamese's food and Vietnamese ice coffee. I am Vietnamese and quite picky where to eat and this place is exquisite. Good job Pho Sao Bien!

Pho Sao Bien accommodated a same-day catering sized order of egg rolls and my guests raved about how delicious they were. The staff was really nice and packaged everything properly for us. Thank you Pho Sao Bien!

The flavor is nice but the noodle has a weird smell… also the seats are a bit dirty.

This place is an absolute MUST if you’re in San Diego / PB! It’s the best Vietnamese food everrrr IMHO. The fried egg rolls with all the veggies they come with are to die for, and the chicken fried rice is the best fried rice I’ve had in my whole life. I used to go here a few times a month when I lived nearby and I miss it SO much! Please go. You’ll be so happy you did!

I’ve tried their Pork Banh Mi and Chicken Wings on different occasions. The Chicken Wings were juicy but lacked flavors, making them a bit too bland for my taste. The Banh Mi was good; fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors but not particularly memorable.
Overall, the food is high quality and fresh, but I found the flavors to be on the milder side. If you prefer bold, well-seasoned dishes, you might find it a bit underwhelming. Still, it’s a solid spot for a fresh and well-made meal!

A cozy spot with delicious and fresh food. Simple with a no-nonsense menu and reasonable prices. Try the jackfruit smoothie, such a treat. Welcoming and fast service. Tidy and inviting setting. This would be my go-to neighborhood restaurant if I lived here. Highly recommended!

Family got food poisoning from the pho we got for take out. The rice dish with pork chop and egg cake was awful - drier than jerky. Definitely not worth getting sick for.

We ordered takeout this evening and when my husband went to pick it up he said the staff was a bit rude. He ignored it as he just wanted to get home and eat some pho. But here we are 4 hours later and my husband has violent food poisoning. Poor service and unsafe food. We will not be back.

Pho Sao Bien is a hidden gem! The pho is absolutely delicious – rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles and fresh toppings. The portions are generous, and everything tastes so authentic. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome. It’s the kind of place you find yourself craving again and again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing Vietnamese food!
