Came here for lunch on a Sunday.
The atmosphere is super welcoming and the staff is very friendly, the food is very good and priced well. A lot of different menu offerings, I got the filet mignon pho and a lychee tea.
There are a few other items that caught my eye. The tables around me got a variety of different foods and everything looked very appetizing. The portion size is great. I recommend this place for sure. Ample parking, right down the street from main area of PB

Pho Time in PB has a bright, spacious vibe with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The food photography on the walls looks great. The restaurant is busy but still family friendly and not too loud. Cleanliness is average. They could make the entrance look more presentable and the bathroom could be cleaner. A step stool in the restroom would really help little kids wash their hands on their own.
We ordered the hot stone pho and the Bun dau mam tom which is a secret menu dish. Both were delicious and everything tasted fresh. The broth is on the lighter northern style. The presentation is great, but the hot stone pho could use a bit more noodles and herbs. The special drinks were all very good.
Service was mixed. The manager was warm, attentive, and remembered everything we ordered. Some of the other staff forgot small requests like bowls for the kids. More attention to families and kids would make the experience even smoother.
Overall, we enjoyed our meal and I would return, especially for the Bun dau mam tom.

This is the best “ Phở” I have ever eaten. Besides it, Bo Ne is the best too. I come here twice just to eat it. Love it.

Absolutely terrible experience! The woman with glasses was extremely rude and racist! She treated me with hostility while being overly friendly to white customers. Such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable!! I will never come back again.

This is my favorite pho place. Idk why people comment that their broth is bland, I find it the best I can find in 10mile radius. I literally get it on a weekly basis.

We got the 02 beef pho, and it was a deep beef broth, but the noodles and beef were slightly overcooked. I have had better balanced pho elsewhere, but the depth of the broth was crazy. We also got the tofu spring roll, and that was good! They included mint.

I have been cravingBun Cha for quite some time, and it’s not easy to find a place that serves this dish well. I discovered Pho Time, and I must say, their Bún Chả is outstanding—the best I’ve had in San Diego. Their grilled sugar cane is top-notched. Will def be back!
