We got the 02 beef pho, and it was a deep beef broth, but the noodles and beef were slightly overcooked. I have had better balanced pho elsewhere, but the depth of the broth was crazy. We also got the tofu spring roll, and that was good! They included mint.

I have been cravingBun Cha for quite some time, and it’s not easy to find a place that serves this dish well. I discovered Pho Time, and I must say, their Bún Chả is outstanding—the best I’ve had in San Diego. Their grilled sugar cane is top-notched. Will def be back!

I’m truly obsessed with their bahn mi. The bread is amazing and veggies are so fresh. I get the grilled pork and I can’t get enough. Especially when you get it with the side of broth. Delicious

Pho Time in San Diego absolutely delivered on every level. We ordered the pork platter pho combo and the beef steak platter served on a sizzling iron plate with egg and meatball — and both were phenomenal.

The pork in the pho combo was tender and flavorful, and the broth was rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying. You can tell it’s made with care and quality ingredients. The beef steak platter came out sizzling, perfectly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning, and paired beautifully with the runny egg and savory meatball.

The service was quick and friendly, the portions were generous, and the whole vibe of the restaurant was relaxed and welcoming. Whether you’re craving comfort food or something hearty and satisfying, Pho Time hits the mark. Can’t wait to come back!

I came here with a friend hoping for a chill lunch. Instead we got a rushed and uncomfortable experience. The female staff seemed overwhelmed and short tempered. We had to remind them three times for the same thing, constantly making gestures to the waitress with no acknowledgement. It’s like they’re actively trying to make you feel unwelcome.

Pho Time is a beautiful spot with stunning decor that really sets the mood. The staff is super friendly and the service is fast and attentive. I had the Bún Chả Hà Nội and it instantly reminded me of the flavors I had back in Vietnam—so authentic and delicious. Their egg coffee is also amazing, rich and smooth just like the ones in Hanoi. The pho comes in great portions too, definitely worth the price. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy place with great Vietnamese food and warm service!

This is the best pho in San Diego hands down. Ordered the special garlic filet mignon pho… the flavors were bussin! Also i was a little skeptical about ordering this one cause pho is all about the lightness, and didnt want a ramen type of dish, but naw this did not disappoint! It was giving pho with all the right flavors. It was umami😋 11/10 coming back here to show my mom and dad.
Also the staff is super sweet! U can feel the care and family and friends type service here. I loved the food, the service and the people working there.

I’ve eaten at a lot of pho spots, and while the food here was okay, the service absolutely ruined the experience. Our waitress was visibly irritated the entire time, rolling her eyes when we asked for extra limes and sriracha (which never came, by the way). We were ignored for long stretches, and the front of the restaurant looked cluttered and dirty like it was being used as a storage area. The vibe felt passive aggressive, like they were doing us a favor by letting us eat there. Not worth it.

Came here because of the good reviews, but I must have caught them on a bad day. Not only was I never greeted, but the server acted like I was inconveniencing her by ordering. The place didn’t smell clean there was a weird musty odor near the bar area. My pho had barely any meat, and the noodles were clumped together like they’d been sitting out too long. When I got the check, I noticed they added a random fee I wasn’t told about. Not worth it.

Walked into this place around 6 PM and stood awkwardly by the door for a full 10 minutes without so much as a hello. Staff kept walking past without acknowledging me. Finally got seated, only to find sticky tables and used napkins under my chair. Ordered a large pho tai, and when it came out, the broth was lukewarm and tasted like watered-down soy sauce. To top it off, they charged me $18 when the menu said $14. Definitely won’t be coming back.
