Amazing authentic Asian desert and street food ( all fruits are freshly cut )I love pork belly, fried UNE and shaved ice , mango palmeo drink is a must try .. and finally the silk tofu that you can only find it here … also the freshly made waffle.
Great match mochi with black sesame filling! The black sesame pudding was a bit harder than I would’ve preferred but I’d come back for the mochi.
Amazing shrimp rolls, Black rice dishes, Portuguese Beef Stew, and an awesome drinks! Go here! Try everything!! Great service by a kind, helpful lovely woman! We were offered samples & ended up getting what we sampled!
As a durian lover, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I tried the combo durian rolls, and they were disappointing. It wasn’t fresh and tasted watered down, which made the mochi soggy. The coconut flakes on top didn’t pair well with the durian flavor either. If you’re looking for good durian mochi, I suggest going to Yiko Yiko instead.
I’ve always loved the durian rolls here and used to be a big fan of this place. I’ve been here over 5 times, and while the dessert was great during my first visit, the quality has gone downhill each time since.
The durian rolls have become inconsistent — sometimes they’re rock hard, other times they’re overly watery. I used to give it the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just an off day.
But yesterday was unacceptable. I ordered a red bean mochi dessert, and it tasted slightly sour, which was odd but I didn’t think much of it. However, shortly after eating it, I started having severe stomach pain and diarrhea. As I’m writing this review, I’m still experiencing sharp stomach aches and discomfort.
I’m really disappointed, not just with the declining quality, but also with the possible food safety issue. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves both the consistency and hygiene of their desserts.
The mango on the sticky rice was as hard as a rock. The topping was watery and flavorless. The mochi was also unappetizing. Super bummed.
I had the strangest interaction with the owner.
I left my car keys at the store last night and called this morning to confirm that they were there. My friend who lived 10 minutes away went into the store to confirm they were mine (I live 1 hour away) so I didn’t waste a trip.
The owner refused to let him see the keys, so I came to get them.
The owner had me start my car with the keys in front of him, but wouldn’t give me back my post office key because “it looked like his and I could steal his mail.”
He ended up in a verbal argument with my boyfriend, accused me of not even coming into the store last night, and was confused how I was able to drive my vehicle today with my spare key.
The owner was extremely hostile and accusatory from the start. Definitely lost mine and my friend’s business.
Really good!! Not too sweet, and the durian desserts are the best

I liked the mochi assorted except the red bean flavor. The mango rolls were not too sweet but the mango was too tart and fibery.

Great desserts and savory snacks. Mochi snacks and puddings are so tasty. Their hot rice dessert soups are so sweet and tasty. Also, teas and boba. My family loves the desserts here and staff is so friendly.

I’m dying for their durian rolls!!! If you are a durian lover and seeking for durian desserts, this is the place to go. The mochi skin is thin and there is full of durian meat inside, I’m addictive to this. I also tried their other pudding desserts before, they are delicious as well, especially the coconut black sesame one. Their barley tea is good too. I recommend!

Happy to see Cantonese dessert in San Diego as it's something we don't have in comparison to SF and LA. Space is a bit small inside and seems more oriented for to-go, but outside seating is available. Mango sago tofu pudding (do fu fa/douhua), durian rolls, and black sesame tongsui were yummy.
