At the end of the lunch, we paid by gift cards,cash, and debit cards. We had the exact amount there. And said no return money all there. Then he says, "You're short $16. We're like, no, it's all there." We looked again recounted and noticed we had no recepiet for cash. But at the same time, one of the girls just gave him her debit card again. What happened was he was supposed to take $16 of the cash ND put in for the bill. Instead, the waiter KEPT ALL OF THE CASH! SO WE OVERPAID $16 DUE TO WAITER KEEPING $16 OF THE BILL WHICH WAS NOT THE TIP!! None of us told the waiter, "So of the bill he got a 40 tip was supposed to be 16 less!"

The good:Great location in a trendy neighborhood. Excellent service, friendly staff.Family-friendly atmosphere.The bad (or the ugly):The food is shockingly bad. Unseasoned meatballs, the meat is tightly packed and dry - they taste literally like rubber. Tomato sauce with zero flavor - not sure what canned tomatoes they're using but I'm sure they don't season them to at least try to make them better.Mushroom sauce is factually a bag of cheap store-bought mushroom soup dissolved in hot water with sliced mushrooms thrown in.Everything came out within a few minutes after ordering, which means Chef Microwave was the star of the show.

Took my husband here for his bday. There was a total of 4 people in my party & everyone loved their food. I deducted a star for atmosphere because we happened to get a table right by the bar entrance & people were whizzing behind us with plates & it seemed like at any moment someone was gonna get smacked in the back of the head with a plate. But other than that it was a great night.

Went here for a date night on a Saturday. It was busy but I was able to get a reservation the day of. When we arrived we were seated immediately and there was already bread and water on the table! Perfect! I can't spell or pronounce anything we ordered because it was all in Italian. But we got some smoked salmon thing as an appetizer. It was delicious. Our pasta dishes were very tasty and well prepared. The server was very nice. He was attentive but not too attentive and he was always smiling. Overall very good experience. Highly recommended!

What a delightful experience we had dininng at Piacere Mio. The food was delicious along with a relaxing ambiance. Our hostess and server Antonia and Salvatori made us feel welcome and was very attentive. Both were well accustomed to the menu and answered all questions we had, along with offering suggestions for our dinning comfort.I strongly suggest Piacere Mio for your dining pleasure.
