Their smoothies are made to order with real fresh fruits. Tastes like drinkable yogurt but much fresher. Each order is done one at a time so the lines can form quickly. No store seating available but plenty of eatery seating directly above on 2nd floor.
Interesting concept — I’ve never seen a Pinkberry before since I’m from the South. The frozen yogurt itself was okay, but the original flavor literally tastes like frozen Greek yogurt, which was kind of odd. The lady working wasn’t very friendly, even after I mentioned it was my first time and I wasn’t sure how to order. Overall, it was fine, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit again.
