This is a very nice locally-owned coffee shop. They make a very good cortado here and a pretty good avocado toast. I just wished they would use freshly sliced avocados. At any rate, the toast is still tasty.

there have this sign above the register, it says "ALWAYS" on the left and "FRESH!" on the right. but, when installing the individual letters, it seems that they mixed up the S's of those words... so, the S in "alwayS" is a little larger than the other letters, and the S in "freSh" is a little smaller... just thought it was funny. anyways, good coffee!

Unfortunately, for a walkable neighborhood spot the inconsistencies around your opening hours makes me choose your shop second vs first.
I’ve visited now three times and your hours on the door even say you’re supposed to be open the doors are locked and you’re closed.
I understand small business might have staffing issues - but inconsistent operating hours really hurt your business.
The drinks are crafted very well, I enjoy the eco-friendly approach and the dog friendly cafe is amazing. The staff are also very very kind.
Love the well-decorated space with tons of seating (and outlets), but a sip of the s’maple latte and the staff were the best parts!

The cafe barista I spoke with was extremely helpful and personable.III. QUALITYThe PINKY signature latte was delicious. Subtle hints of rose and natural sweetness added by the honey ~ highly recommend.IV. CAPACITYFair amount of available seating on the weekend. This cafe hasn't gotten a lot of clout yet because of how new it is, keeping it hidden for the locals.! No lines!

IT'S PINKY'S!!! I like the location right on university ave. We found this place just driving by.The service was great, the atmosphere is chill, and the café is bomb! I got the Coconut Honey Latte and wifey got the Rose Honey Latte and lemme tell you, this is your average drinks!!! They were both so damn delicious combined with the chill service and atmosphere y'all got customers for life outta us!!!Keep doing it PINKY's!!!
