This is a very nice locally-owned coffee shop. They make a very good cortado here and a pretty good avocado toast. I just wished they would use freshly sliced avocados. At any rate, the toast is still tasty.

The service was super friendly. They have good, comfortable seating.

3.50 avocado toast that's good. THAT'S ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW everywhere else charges like 10+. Places down the block charge 16!

there have this sign above the register, it says "ALWAYS" on the left and "FRESH!" on the right. but, when installing the individual letters, it seems that they mixed up the S's of those words... so, the S in "alwayS" is a little larger than the other letters, and the S in "freSh" is a little smaller... just thought it was funny. anyways, good coffee!
