First Love.
First time listening to A.R. Rahman.
First time watching Sachin bat.
First time reading Tolkien.
Some experiences leave an imprint on your soul — unforgettable moments that become a part of who you are.
Butta Biryani is one of those for me.
I still remember the first time I had it — just a month ago. It was an accidental order, but the moment I took that first bite, I knew something was different. I ordered it again the next day… and the day after that.
Perfectly spiced. Each grain infused with flavor. The meat cooked just right — tender, rich, and aromatic. This isn’t just food. It’s a feeling. It’s nostalgia. It’s home on a plate.
Butta Biryani — your soul deserves it.
Try it once. You’ll thank me later.
I've ordered food from here many times and they never disappoint. The food is so flavorful and the portions are very generous. They even adjust the spice level for me each time I ask which I know isn't very easy bc some dishes are already pre-seasoned.
The samosas and naan are our favorite!
We had the family size Paneer Hyderabadi biryani and the malai kebab. Both were delicious. I will definitely visit again to try out other dishes!
Biryanis and rices are very good. Special mention to their Amravathi Biryani- a mist try.
Good food, good place.
Hands down the best vegetarian biryani in San Diego. Amravati paneer biryani and gongura paneer biryani are must try’s.
Amaravati chicken biriyani was amazing and Chikoo milkshake was fresh and delicious!
Today I ordered a paneer biryani. I have specifically wrote instructions about spice level “ No spicy, very very mild” but the order I got has 2X spice level than medium. It’s not eatable for me. Very very disappointed. Could you please try to consider the special instructions into consideration ? 🥵🥵😤

My husband recommended we go here and I loved it! The portions are good and the food is quite tasty. I would say that the butter chicken is sweeter than other butter chicken dishes I had but I was still full and happy! Bonus points for being halal 🤍

I ordered the Chicken Lollipop and was pretty disappointed. I asked the person taking my order for suggestions since I wanted to order more, but they didn’t seem to understand, so I just went with the lollipop. Despite being the only customer, I had to wait 25-30 minutes for my food, which felt unnecessary given the empty restaurant. For $15.99, there were only super small 4 pieces, which seemed overpriced. Unfortunately, the taste didn’t live up to the hype, as the chicken was pretty underwhelming. Overall, not worth the wait or the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

If you like biryani that isn't dry, this is your place. Spicy and tasty. They could do a family pack for all biryani flavors. The driest dry naan with a family pack biryani takes a star away. Bit small place to dine in.
