This store is less than a mile from my house. Charges 7$ for delivery plus a tip. Preset tips start at 18%. I picked up, had to wait for someone at tge register to count change for 10 minutes. My pizzas were not hot.

I wanted to order pizza, etc for delivery. Pizza Hut's online ordering process was quick and easy. Additionally, Pizza Hut's pricing I found to be very competitive and decently affordable. Once my online order was submitted, Pizza Hut confirmed reciept of my online order and then later provided status updates at each stage of the order's processing. The "order-to-delivery" time was very minimum and very efficient. My online order was delivered pleasingly hot and ready to eat by a courteous and pleasant delivery driver. All my ordered food and other items were present and in the expected proper condition. The pizza, the bread sticks, the soft drinks, and sweets ordered were all very delicious and my entire Pizza Hut delivered experience exactly what I was looking for when ordered. I rate my overall Pizza Hut online order for delivery experience at an A+ and will gladly recommend Pizza Hut for delivery to anyone seeking a quality-oriented, cost-effective, and delicious pizza delivery experience.
They don’t even deliver their own food anymore. Sometimes they send it through DoorDash and then the person just takes the food and disappears. When I called they didn’t even know what I ordered from them. Because everything sucks and everything is falling apart in society. What a ridiculous hot mess.

Got this pizza today. Highly disappointed. It looks like the driver dropped the pizza. Picked at it. I hate that they don’t have drivers. They just send door dash drivers that don’t care.

Let's be honest, this Pizza Hut is a little rough around the edges. The location is a little dicey and the parking lot is cramped. But that's not really anyone's direct responsibility but just be advised this location is a little rough. You order your pizza through plexiglass and they hand it to you in a tray. Take that how you will...Moving onto the food, my fiancee and I have been generally pleased with their offerings. We usually get wings and pizza and can confidently say their pizza is a step above dominos and little Cesar. I don't know if it's the area, but those other pizza chains don't deliver consistent pizza. We enjoy Pizza Hut and recently we had a negative experience. Nothing crazy, but I left feedback in the email they send after your order and they actually responded! Needless to say, that was a big plus for me. Customer service is everything these days and I feel confident that I will get consistent pizza from this location and that if I have any problems they will be addressed. Great job to the manager of this location for listening. That was huge. You've earned my continued trust and business. ?
I wanted to give Pizza Hut another chance but I instantly regretted it. Pizza was bogus (was 50% crust) and the inside of this place is absolutely disgusting and the parking lot is horrible. Better off with Little Cesars or Dominos, honestly.
