I have always been a big pizza hurt person always my go to! Being new to the neighborhood it’s my first time ordering from this location and I’m very disappointed! I ordered through uber eats and I bought 2 large pizza an 8 piece boneless wings and garlic cheese bread! When my order arrived it was one singular cheese pizza and a side of breadsticks! Not one thing was correct with my order! I called the store NOT even looking for a refund but simply wanting to get my correct order! And I told him I have my receipt from uber and the wrong food I just got I have proof and he kept asking me question as if he didn’t believe I had ordered! Saying my name isn’t popping up and the phone number is wrong! After he found my order he continued to say “well the driver confirmed your order” and I’m telling you it isn’t right! He said nothing he can do because the driver confirmed the order but I’m still simply asking for the food no money! Most businesses would rather make it right with their customers instead of giving them an ear full of bs! After everything it was just extremely unprofessional because he continued to tell me that I cannot pick up my correct food and that they will give me a call when the issue is resolved! When the issue could’ve been resolved in 5mins with me just picking up my correct ordeeeeerrr! So now I have to wait for a refund and the food I actually ordered probably went to someone else

This pizza location is filled with irresponsible management who allows their workers to do whatever they want. You call and preorder food and they might not make it. You'll get there and have to reorder or they'll leave you waiting and won't call your name. Ill never waste my time or money at this location again nor will I miss the people who work there.

Can you guys do better in letting us know it's DoorDash delivering our order instead of finding out last minute! SEAL YOUR ORDERS FOR DOORDASH!! DoorDash called with an attitude saying he had arrived then proceeded in asking me if I was going to get the order while I was trying to figure out where he was at. He then proceeded in not communicating with while still having him on the phone. When I found him he was still inside his I asked from my phone if that was him and didn't want to reply back. I have seen one person working inside Pizza Hut and that's not good. Do better with customer service and hiring more ppl.

Well I think it's just a I don't çare attitude pizzà hit has because after paying 50 buck for pizza and pasta they didn't bother giving me a fork after I fully ask him for it over the phone. But they sure didn't forget to ask for a tip or I didn't forget to charge me for a soda or pizza. Now I guess I have to eat my pasta with my hands thanks a lot Pizza Hut

I got a pizza and boneless wings, and everything was spot on. The Blazin’ Hot Wings sauce was perfect, with the right balance of heat and flavor.
When it arrived, the pizza was still warm and fresh, which really made a difference.
The delivery driver was courteous, and the handoff was seamless. It’s always nice to encounter a polite and professional driver.
Overall, I have no complaints. The food was great, the service was excellent, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’ll be ordering again.

This location has givin me food poisoning twice within the last week. I was unsure the first time because i usually have no problems with this location but after having a pizza from them lastnight I’ve woken up feeling sick again.
