We got the Big pack with three pizza's for 29.99. It wasn't busy there picked up pizza at 5:20 pm. So many workers, more than ten. Our pizza was made so sloppy like they were in a hurry! So disappointing to see more crust than anything else! I have eight pieces of pizza that looks like we got parts of bread sticks! We feel cheated! I can't with this shop in Mira Mesa!

Terrible location burnt pizza, slow delivery and doesn't follow directions on delivery.

Horrible pizza, even with low expectations. There was pretty much no sauce, the "crust" took up half of each slice. They are rationing every bit of ingredient here. Not worth the money at all. Just look at the crust in this picture. And the tea spoon of sauce. Ridiculous

I am only speaking in regards to delivery service. I place an order online that was relatively big. Ordered two of the box style dinners that have two deep dishes inside along with boneless wings and breadsticks. For a total of $86 after delivery which I still think is a little bit expensive for what I would call fast food pizza, however The office that I bought all of the food for let me know that they thought it was delicious, fresh, and they really enjoyed the wings. For the four pizzas we got one veggie, one cheese, one pepperoni, Hawaiian. All got good reviews, but everyone said the veggie and the Hawaiian were the best For the wings we got buffalo medium and we got the sweet chili. The sweet chili were gone in seconds. Delivery was fast for the amount of food. I would do it again in a time crunch.

Wish they still had the sit down all you can eat buffet and anchovies as topping because it was the best especially on pan crust pepperoni but I'll settle for pan crust with pepperoni and jalapeños.

This place deserves a 0. They always get the order wrong and the managers name is Omar. He is very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my little cousins with me to Pizza Hut last week prior to a family party and was met with completely unsatisfactory and putrid customer service. My little cousin when asking about a cookie pizza or a "pazooki" as they call it was ridiculed by the worker at the cash register and called a "pip squeak." When I confronted the employee about his rude behavior towards my cousin he called me slurs and I demanded to speak to a manager. After a long heated interaction, the manager finally came to the front where he profoundly remarked, "we're not making the damn cookie pizzas right now n****r." I was dumbfounded. At this point I took my cousins and left, but then was followed by him in the parking lot where he threw a load of raw cookie dough at me and my cousins. Me and my cousins were harassed and assaulted by the manager and employee at this location. DO NOT GO TO MIRA MESA PIZZA HUT!!!!!

I came to pick up a scheduled order I placed earlier in the day. I came 15 minutes early. A lady by the name of Jasmine yelled towars me at the top of her lungs, " I don't know why he is 15 minutes early. The order is for 6:15pm." She then proceeded to walk away without acknowledging me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. She could have said your order is not ready, but had to make a scene. Extremely unprofessional. Customer service needs to ve addressed at this location.

The pizza tasted amazing and I'd say it is better than the actual pizza hut. The reason for the 2 stars is because they are usually not available. Previously came here 3 times to only find the shelves empty. The only time I saw them available was when they only had the cheese pizza, no chicken alfredo or anything else.

Hardly any cheese on the pizza. Pizza taste like dough. Crust was burnt. Prob not wasting money ever again for there pizza. Everything was cold too. Don't waste your money here.

This Pizza Hut is just ok. They still have the same great deals that you will find at all the Pizza Huts and you can accrue points towards freebies, which is a great selling point. But guyssssssss, let me tell you....this is not the pizza hut you grew up with. Corners are cut with the amount of sauce and cheese they provide. We frequently end up with a much higher than desirable ratio of crust to actual pizza and ingredients. The sauce is still pretty good, but they skimp on it so much you'd think they're spreading gold on your pizza or something. On the positive note, we enjoy the Big Dinner Box, which is 2 rectangular pizzas, breadsticks, and wings (you can get pasta instead of wings, or even a third pizza in place of the breadsticks and wings). This is a good amount of food for our largish family and even though prices have gone up it is still a great deal to feed 5 people and still have some leftovers. This place is meh, but honestly we will still go back when we need a relatively inexpensive meal.

Fond childhood memories of eating Pizza Hut, so, even tho it's not the best pizza option, it's one of the better ones from the fast food pizza chains in my opinion. Love the breadsticks here cos of all the herbs/spices you can lick off your lips as you take each bite. The stuffed crust pizza is also very good. Best to eat it fresh but, if you wait till the next day, it tastes good toasted a lil bit. You can typically find deals/coupons on their website. Service at this particular location is efficient, but nothing special.

Ordered a couple of pizzas around 1:15 pm via a call at the Hut on Mira Mesa Blvd with an expected curbside delivery of 1:30 pm. I went for the 2-medium, hand-tossed, bbq sauce with 3-toppings (meatballs, ham & pineapple chunks); it's my favorite order. Only $12.99 each; what a deal. At first, I thought what is up with the low reviews? The customer service representative that took the order over the phone was nice and processed the order quickly. Opted for the curbside pickup. A convenient and safe way of receiving orders. Arrived at 1:30 pm and then parked at the curbside. Called the Hut at 1:50 pm. The gentleman said they will send someone right out. Now at 2:00 pm: I went ahead and decided to enter the space and pick up the order 45 minutes later, from the first time I made the call. The pizzas were good and they may have lots of calls in the early afternoon. I just felt it took a while to receive the pizzas as promised. Apparently, there's a disconnect of communication between the Customer Service side and the operations at the front desk.
