Great food as always. Kids loved it and said it was better than Domino's.
Customer service was great, pizza on the other hand was not so great. One of the pizzas hardly had any cheese. You could see spaces on the pizza where it was just the sauce and no cheese. The other pizza was too dry. They did not put enough white sauce.

I ordered a large pan pizza with a regular amount of pepperoni, and piszza sauce. I asked for extra cheese and for the pizza to be, "slightly well-done, please".I left to go get the pizza after I received the notification that my order was ready for pick-up. I got to the store, there was trash and someone's hat laying on the ground right next to where I parked. I walk into pizzahut. The door makes a noise to alert employees that someone has entered the store. Nobody comes to the register. I waited 2 maybe 3 minutes. No one came out. There's a little bell on the counter so I ding the bell. Someone comes out a minute later. She was polite. I told her I'm picking up and order and gave her my name. She said oh it's still in the oven. I said, oh, the alert said my order was ready for pickup. So she went to check. She said my order wasn't ready. It's still in the oven, because I requested slightly well-done. That was fine. I paid for the order and then sat down and waited a few minutes. After a while she came back out with my order and I headed home.I opened the box to find a freah out of the oven piping hot BURNT pizza! there was little to no pizza sauce, and a less than regular amount of cheese and burnt pepperoni. It was terrible. I have never had a pizza like that from pizza hut so this was an unpleasant surprise.

I have ordered the big new Yorker from this store numerous of times and every time I order it I get cold pizza with hardly any cheese with little pepperoni with and a dab of sauce this is the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza hut restaurant if anybody want to know my opinion I rather eat the cheese off the cardboard of another pizza company than deal with another disappointment
Every time we order our pizzas are always on time and delicious! we thank our local Pizza Hut! And our delivery drivers too!

My order was completely wrong. i ordered 2 medium Pizzas, one cheese Pizza and the other Pizza was half jalapenos and half pepperonis. I received 2 larges Pizzas, one all jalapenos and the other half jalapenos, and sausage. 2 things I didnt even order. Instead of refunding my money, they brought me "my order" because there was a mix up. I gave the driver back the Pizza he gave me and in return he gave me a Pizza that i dont know where it came from. Was it at someone else's house like the wrong Pizza was at mine ? Did he give the Pizza i gave to him to another family ? Totally disgusting and I was on hold for 20 minutes during this. 2 thumbs down
