I called in and ordered a margarita pie and a baked ziti. The pizza reminds me of the times I'd go to NY and visit my cousin and get pizza at one of the local pizza joints, so good! I also liked their sauce for the ziti. It wasn't too tangy or too sweet, it just taste real good and not too filling.

My wife ordered on grub hub. When I arrived the order wasn't there. Both the cashier and the cook told me they had no order. So I called my wife and she sent me the confirmation. When I showed it to them they realized that the iPad they have that accepts grub hub orders wasn't turned off. Rather than apologize and making the order, the cashier started questioning the cook on if they even had to accept the order because they had 20 minutes to accept or reject. It had been longer than 20 minutes. I left and cancelled. Both people working from were rude and incompetent. My guess if the cook was the owner, so I will never be returning here. Already cancelled the order on grub hub and will be filing a formal complaint with them against this restaurant. I want to be clear to that the address listed on yelp is not the correct address. They've moved across the street.

Best pizza and Italian food outside of Little Italy. I can't say enough about this place. I just got 5 slices and a sub and I am fat and happy. It's for sure not closed. I would HIGHLY recommend this to EVERYONE in the Grantville, Allied Gardens, San Carlos and Mission Valley area. SOOO GOOD!!

Owner greeted me at the door of their new location and instantly I felt that NYC Brooklyn vibe and the delicious New York style thin crust loaded with cheese. I mean loaded with delicious fresh mozzarella and you can taste the perfect tomatoes! Thank you for the delicious garlic knots!

Their website allowed us to place an order, luckily it said to pay at the counter upon pickup. Drove to the Mission Gorge location to see a homemade sign of a map to their new location. OK, no problem, we head over there. Nope, not at that location either. Check another strip mall and call the number from their website to ask where they are located. Phone is disconnected. Tried the Downtown location phone # thinking they might have an answer. That phone also not in service anymore. Pulled up Yelp when i got home and see that it says location is closed. Wouldn't you think the owners would state that on their webpage????

The pizza is tasty yet their customer service is disappointing. Placing an order for delivery is very sketchy. Years ago, an 18" pizza would cost $18 for delivery and now there is a $25 minimum. Honestly, I like eating here rather than a Papa Johns or Dominos. The delivery time doesn't add up because if I order from the restaurant it's always less than 5 miles away. They don't have delivery drivers until after 5 pm which is inconvenient. The pizza is good but is it worth substandard service? Nah. Raggedy owner can't take criticism so don't be surprised if you get an attitude from him or the employees.

Really good high quality pizza !! Fermented dough which is not something to take as obvious or for granted!! Complementing sauce not over powering Just right ! It is truly A New York flavour Would choose it over 95% of the pizzas I've eaten in my life. Give it up to the dough maker and the baker The wings had a good proper bbq flavour Although they were fried too long so it dried them up a bit But I still give 5 stars I saw the business have 3.5 stars from 260 reviews I don't know what caused the ratings to not be 4-5 stars because the pizza definitely deserves that.

Phone pickup order and was given the wrong pie. Dusty entrance, figurative and literal. Went to grab a bottle of soda and they only had one type haphazardly thrown into the reach in refrigerator. I think it was still in some boxes or bags. Went to look at dessert display and there were none on display, just more slices of pizza. No cannolis for me. Called to let them know, primarily so they could resolve the problem for the other customer, and was responded twice with "we are here", after I told them that I don't want to go back to pick it up. I not sure what to make of that. Plus side, cheese, sauce, and dough executed perfectly on the Hawaiian. If that's you're thing.

So sad. I'm not sure what has changed but the pizza is not the same. I haven't been here since February but I bought the bbq chicken pizza today and it has really gone down hill. Not clean inside and little fruit flies inside the pizza display.
When the guy at the counter answered the phone after I had been standing there, it was rude. After he started a conversation with the person on the line, I left. But when that jerk followed me out into the parking lot and cussed me out; they lost a customer for good! There are enough bullies in the world, and lots of other good pizza joints!!!

They are so rude. I have just moved to the neighborhood and I wanted to order pizzas from them over the phone but they hung up the phone very hard just because he could not understand me well. That was the last time to order anything from them.

Cheese pizza slices are bomb. The tiramisu is surprisingly really good as well. I give it 4.5/5. I had half cheese and half pepperoni/sausage. The pepp and sausage weren't that good On a scale of one to ten using the one bite app rules. I give the gold medal slice of cheese an 8.1 (elite status). Y'all do a good job and this is my go to delivery spot right now in San Diego. Cheers!

We ordered here only to support a small business during COVID. Absolute worst customer service. We ordered a delivery. They brought only half of our order and the wrong pizza. The delivery guy said he forgot to bring the soda. We called them about half of the items that were missing and the wrong pizza, the person on the phone was extremely rude telling us there is nothing he can do. No one not even the manager offered a refund. And they said they will come to get the pizza back from us! I honestly have never experienced a customer service like this.
