Pizzeria Luigi was recommended by a friend, and it was a solid NY-style pizza stop. We ordered a pie with half White Girl and half Capone. We also got two slices of cheese pizza. Both the White Girl and Capone were fantastic, but the White Girl is definitely more memorable. It's got a perfect kick to it (not very hot, but great flavor).
The employees were incredibly helpful and kind. They threw in some garlic knots, which were greatly appreciated and tasted good. We ultimately ordered based on their recommendations, which provided us with a good experience overall.
If you're a tourist (which we were), pay close attention to your GPS, especially at night. We got a bit turned around in some neighborhoods and struggled making it back to the freeway.

This place used to be good and are go to pizza place but the last couple of times they messed up our order. We literally called an order in and when we got there to pick it up they didn’t have our name or order plus the ladies working behind the counter were really rude about it. Once we got the pizza home it was burnt on the bottom. Yes we said crispy but we didn’t say charcoal. It tasted so gross. Sad that this place took a turn for the worst.

I've been coming here since may and it always hits the spot!! Veggie lover I highly recommend the Fresh Prince. The service is excellent as well and plenty of outdoor sitting in the front and back. A side note to cat owners my cat was obsessed with their box ?
