Went to this establishment yesterday, on the 21st of September, and ordered the Capone Pizza. Great food, even better service! Pizza was very flavorful and I was able to call ahead to order. Would recommend this place to anyone staying near the Gaslamp District, as it is nearby and they have generous portions. 5/5!
This is just a guy stating his personal pref regarding 🍕. The crust is on the thin side, think Surf Rider, or when you request thin crust. At least all the crust looked the same thickness in the display case. There was not a lot of sauce, but I am a sauce guy. The thing is it is flavorful! 2 guys holding down the fort with a long line! Place was packed. It is a staple for those in the know. I just perfect thicker, not deep dish, and more sause to cheese ratio.

We ordered four different slices to cover the major types. Honestly, we were not impressed by the taste. The crust was crunchy with good texture, but flavor-wise there was nothing special to make it stand out as great pizza.
