Came over an hour before closing and they had closed early… multiple times. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.

I had been wanting to try this place for quite some time and was a little bit disappointed. The fish wasn't as fresh as it should be for the price. The person behind the counter was incredibly sweet. It just wasn't the quality I'm used to.

Kind of shocked at some of the negative reviews here. I got the xl bowl and felt like the amount of protein was excellent. Flavor was great too.

Never go to this terrible place. Didn't give much fish and were out of items that they didn't tell me. Sad place and it's in RB!

The fish was not fresh. When we went to the bathroom there was a dirty, used bar of soap and no paper towels. Honestly just appalling.

Ordered an Xlarge bowl through Uber. Was quite a large portion and very filling. However, everything but the spicy tuna was very bland, including the sauce. The spicy tuna though... wow, that was probably the best tasting and spiciest spicy tuna I've ever had in my life. I only wish the rest of the food was as flavorful.Could definitely use ponzu sauce, or make your own with vinegar and soy sauce and mix it in.

Wouldn't recommend this establishment/restaurant . Few issues- service took almost an hour with a very empty restaurant. There also was a bad smell inside from a combination of bleach and some type of cleaner maybe? We had to breathe through our mouths. When we got home with our order (to go) there was hardly any protein in the poke bowl- maybe 8 pieces give or take. Turns out we tried a bite of the salmon and it was inedible. Daughter and I had to toss whole thing. Not sure if this was just a very bad work day for them but no more for us.

My family came to eat after a volleyball tournament. Doors were locked, lights off. It wasn't open as posted.

My daughter gets a poke bowl quite often. She is very picky so the fact that she likes it says a lot! The people are very friendly, and care that your order is what you wanted. The place is very clean. It is a bit on the colder side I guess since they have to keep the fish cold. Bring a sweater if you plan to dine in.

Stay Away! Entire experience was awful. I walk into dark, awkward setting where the cashier barely speaks English and couldn’t answer any of my questions. So, I’m going to pay $16 plus tip and not get what I want. I’m a big poke guy, I know the process, pricing, and average portion size. First off, I was thrown off at the fact that you can’t see any of the proteins which is a huge red flag and have never seen that before. So you cant see what your ordering, the quality, color, sauces nothing… that doesn’t make for a good fast casual experience. I should have walked away… becauese it gave me the feeling they were hiding something. Secondly, the owners were having a meeting in the middle of the restaurant with supply boxes piled up everywhere not caring about the community experience, no music, lighting or care in the world. The owner pops up to service my order behind the counter, literally makes my bowl and throws it in a bag in 20 seconds to get back to his meeting because he doesn’t want to hire employees. Then I get home with my meal, open the bowl of $16 to find the smallest portions of food but it didn’t matter because I spit out the first bite as it was absolutely disgusting. Bad fish, not fresh… fishy old flavor, no sauce, toppings and was thrown in the bowl like prison food. 90% rice. Absolutely terrible operator and should be shut down. Absolutely joke of an experience in rancho bernardo and I would like my money back.

They didn't add half of the toppings, fish quality was low, and it was on the pricier end ($40 for 2). I'd recommend looking elsewhere...

We just picked up one X-large bowl with 4 scoops of salmon and 1 scoop of Tako. It was terrible that there were 7 small dice salmon pieces and 4 pretty small tiny thin octopus slices. The owner said it was supposed to be. :( Don’t recommend this place. Wasted money.
