This place is great for takeout, I wouldnt dine in. Very fresh fish and my favorite selection of toppings! It is expensive but all poke places are these days

Glad to see a poke place in the neighborhood, but if you're looking for hawaiian style go somewhere else. There's already a Hawaiian joint not too far for pre-made, order by the pound, thicccc cuts, but they don't have a wide variety of fish/poke.
That aside, what I ordered was more like a $16 (starting at 16!!) bowl of rice with essence of fish. I ordered tuna and salmon. The tuna was running low, so I got a scoop of literally 5 tuna pieces and salmon was chopped into tiny pieces the size of my pinky nail. Based on other reviews I see that this aspect (cutting the fish pieces into nice uniform sizes) really needs attention.

I really enjoy Poke places that provide a lot of options for different customers. I was really happy to see that they had mango, pineapple, and their spicy krab is fire! The poke was cut nicely, sometimes poke to too chunky, their poke was cut precisely and you get the right amount with every bite. Additionally, there were a lot of sauce choices. If I’m in the area, I’m definitely coming back!

I love this place so much, it’s my local spot. However I’m writing this review because of who they hired. Last weekend I took my friend from out of town here as I wanted to show him the best local spot. I went in the evening when it’s normally a lunch spot and see 2 girls working. No biggie however upon entering we were ignored for a few minutes not even a hello one moment please. The girls were working on doordash orders I believe, once one girl finished 2 orders she came over and said “size?” And that’s all. I’m not a huge stickler for customer service but after waiting so long it felt rude. Especially compared to the older gentleman and the young 20s girl who normally work during the day. I answer and as I do a huge fly comes over and lands right in the raw fish area. She doesn’t wave the fly away but just stares until we pick our fish. When asked for sauce my friend didn’t hear her as she mumbled and seemed annoyed with us. My friend actually was so fed up he started trying to dish it back to the girl and I think only then she realized and started to speak a little louder. At the end of the order I normally tip at least change or anything. However when the iPad lit up asking for a tip I hit no tip she rolled her eyes and said “bye!” After we left the store I had to explain to my friend that it’s normally not like that. I was so embarrassed, the girl who I’m referring to in this was a black girl with a loose hijab style. The food here is great I just would only ever come back at lunch from this point on.
